Claims (6)
- 内部に溶湯保持室及び加圧室を区画し、不定形耐火物にて形成された溶湯収納容器と、その外周の断熱及び/若しくは耐火層を介して底面及び側面及び上面にて被覆する鋼材製の被覆板と、溶湯保持室と加圧室との間の溶湯流路口と、溶湯流路口を開閉する昇降式遮断弁と、溶湯保持室の内部及び加圧室の内部に夫々設置されたチューブヒータとを具備しており、前記加圧室は、互いに底部で連通する加圧部と出湯部とを備え、前記加圧部及び前記出湯部の内面に、夫々、非通気性の又は幾分の通気性を有する材料で成形された耐熱性一体焼成物である加圧管及び出湯管が装着され、溶湯収納容器の残余の部位においては定湯面位置より上方に位置する通気部を介して大気開放されており、これにより、加圧気体が加圧管から溶湯収納容器を構成する材質内へ侵入した場合においても、上記通気部より加圧気体を炉外へ解放することにより、気体の溶湯中への放出及び気泡の発生を防止する2室型低圧鋳造用溶湯保持炉。
- 請求項1に記載の発明において、前記通気部は加圧室側における被覆板の側面部に設けられる2室型低圧鋳造用溶湯保持炉。
- 請求項1若しくは2に記載の発明において、前記被覆板における溶湯収納容器の側面被覆部に対し、前記被覆板における上面被覆部は適宜の間隔を置いて固定部を備え、固定部間における側面被覆部と上面被覆部との対向面間の隙間が前記通気部となる2室型低圧鋳造用溶湯保持炉。
- 請求項3に記載の発明において、前記固定部はねじ締結部である2室型低圧鋳造用溶湯保持炉。
- 請求項3に記載の発明において、前記固定部はタップ溶接部である2室型低圧鋳造用溶湯保持炉。
- 請求項1に記載の発明において、前記被覆板は定湯面位置より上方において前記通気部となる孔型形成部材を設置している2室型低圧鋳造用溶湯保持炉。
