Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un horno de mantenimiento de metal fundido con doble cámara para fundición a baja presión y para la producción de productos de fundición, tales como aleaciones de aluminio, al utilizar un método de fundición a baja presión; además, un objeto de la presente invención es evitar la liberación del gas hacia el metal fundido y la formación de burbujas de aire en el metal fundido aun cuando el gas presurizado entre a un material que constituya el recipiente de almacenamiento de metal fundido. La parte de una cámara de presurización 22, excluyendo un tubo de presurización 48 y un tubo de salida de metal fundido 50, se abre hacia la atmósfera a través de un intersticio de pasaje de aire 66 situado por arriba de una posición L3 fija del nivel de superficie del metal fundido. El intersticio de pasaje de aire 66 se sitúa por arriba de la posición L3 fija del nivel de superficie del metal fundido. Aun cuando el gas se infiltre en el material que constituya un recipiente de almacenamiento de metal fundido 12 a través de grietas o formación de grietas que posteriormente se produzcan en el tubo de presurización o intersticio diminuto originalmente presente en el tubo de presurización, el gas presurizado infiltrado desde el intersticio de pasaje de aire 66 se ibera hacia el exterior del horno.
