Claims (3)
- 溶湯保持室と加圧室との間に位置する溶湯流路口を開閉する遮断弁を備えるとともに、前記加圧室が互いに底部で連通する加圧部と出湯部とを備え、かつ、内壁面が不定形耐火物からなる前記溶湯保持室内及び前記加圧室内にチューブヒータを配置した低圧鋳造用保持炉において、前記加圧部及び/または出湯部の内壁面が、円筒状のファインセラミックス製一体焼成物からなる内張部材で形成されたことを特徴とする低圧鋳造用保持炉。
- 前記ファインセラミックス製一体焼成物が、窒化珪素からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低圧鋳造用保持炉。
- 前記溶湯流路口を構成する弁座が、その下部を溶湯流路口の弁座設置部に固定され、上端面を周囲の溶湯保持室底面よりも高位置にするように設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の低圧鋳造用保持炉。
