Claims (4)
- 金属溶湯を定量汲み取る定量容器であって、
筒状の胴部と、前記胴部の一方の開口を閉塞する底面部であって、前記金属溶湯が通過する貫通穴が形成された底面部と、を備えた容器本体と、
前記容器本体内において前記貫通穴の周囲から筒状に延びて前記胴部及び前記底面部との間に前記金属溶湯を保持する空間を形成する筒状部と、を備え、
前記筒状部には、前記底面部から所定高さの位置を下端とする開口部が形成されており、
前記容器本体は、前記金属溶湯の注ぎ口を含み、
前記注ぎ口は、前記胴部の上端部に設けられ、
前記開口部は、前記筒状部のうち前記注ぎ口とは反対側、かつ、前記注ぎ口と前記底面部のうち前記筒状部に対して前記注ぎ口の反対側の対称位置とを結ぶ対称線より上に設けられており、
前記開口部は、前記筒状部の上端部から前記所定高さの位置まで延びる切欠部であり、
前記容器本体に固定され、作業者が把持する把持部をさらに備え、
前記把持部は、長尺の金属製の棒であり、その先端部を前記胴部に溶接することで前記容器本体に固定されており、
前記所定高さは、前記空間に注湯される前記金属溶湯が定量となるように考慮された高さである定量容器。 - 前記金属溶湯を濾過するフィルターをさらに備える請求項1に記載の定量容器。
- 前記フィルターは、前記貫通穴を覆った状態で前記底面部に取り付けられている請求項2に記載の定量容器。
- 前記切欠部は、前記筒状部の上端部から前記所定高さの位置に向かってテーパ状に狭まる切欠部である請求項1に記載の定量容器。
