Abstract
Description
熱交換器は、互いに間隔をおいて配置される一組のタンクと、タンクの間に設けられ両端部がそれぞれ接続される複数のチューブと、タンクの長手方向に沿った両端部に設けられチューブと略平行に設けられるサイドプレートとを有し、
サイドプレートには、サイドプレートの長手方向に沿って延在し、且つ、サイドプレートに対してチューブから離間する方向へと突出したレール部を有し、
一方、空調ケースには、熱交換器を挿入するための挿入口と、挿入口から挿入方向奥側に向かって延在し、レール部の側面が当接することで熱交換器を案内する一組のガイドを有することを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 空気の流通する通路(12)を内部に有した空調ケース(14)と、前記空調ケース(14)の内部で前記通路(12)に臨むように設けられる熱交換器(16)とを有した車両用空調装置において、
前記熱交換器(16)は、互いに間隔をおいて配置される一組のタンク(42、44)と、前記タンク(42、44)の間に設けられ両端部がそれぞれ接続される複数のチューブ(46)と、前記タンク(42、44)の長手方向に沿った両端部に設けられ前記チューブ(46)と略平行に設けられるサイドプレート(50a、50b)とを有し、
前記サイドプレート(50a、50b)には、該サイドプレート(50a、50b)の長手方向に沿って延在し、且つ、前記サイドプレート(50a、50b)に対して前記チューブ(46)から離間する方向へと突出したレール部(56a、56b)を有し、
一方、前記空調ケース(14)には、前記熱交換器(16)を挿入するための挿入口(24)と、前記挿入口(24)から挿入方向奥側に向かって延在し、前記レール部(56a、56b)の側面が当接することで前記熱交換器(16)を案内する一組のガイド(30、32、62、64、102、104、112、116、122、126)を有することを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用空調装置において、
前記レール部(56a、56b)は、前記空調ケース(14)と当接することで前記熱交換器(16)との間の隙間を通じた前記空気の漏れを防止するシール部材(58)であり、
前記ガイド(30、32、62、64、102、104、112、116、122、126)には、前記挿入口(24)から前記挿入方向奥側に向かって延在し、前記シール部材(58)における前記サイドプレート(50a、50b)と略平行な面に当接するシール部(40)を備えることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の車両用空調装置において、
前記一組のガイド(30、32、62、64、102、104、112、116、122、126)は、前記空調ケース(14)を前記熱交換器(16)から離間する外方向へと突出させることで形成されていることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用空調装置において、
前記一組のガイド(30、32)のうちの一方のガイド(30)は、他方のガイド(32)に対して前記挿入方向奥側からの長さが短く形成されることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項2記載の車両用空調装置において、
前記サイドプレート(50a、50b)に設けられたシール部材(58)は、前記タンク(42、44)に装着されるシール部材(54a、54b)と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用空調装置において、
前記ガイド部(30、32、62、64、102、104、112、116、122、126)は、前記挿入口(24)側に向かって徐々に広がるように形成された入口部(38)を有することを特徴とする車両用空調装置。
