Claims (9)
- バッテリ(13)の冷却面(14a)と冷却プレート(12)との間に圧力により変形可能な伝熱シート(21)を挟持した状態で、前記バッテリ(13)に設けた連結部材(17a)を前記冷却プレート(12)に固定するバッテリの固定構造において、
前記伝熱シート(21)は表面の少なくとも一部に凹部(21a,21c,21d)を備えることを特徴とするバッテリの固定構造。 - 前記凹部(21a)の外周は閉じた形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリの固定構造。
- 前記凹部は前記伝熱シート(21)を貫通する貫通孔(21a)からなり、前記伝熱シート(21)と前記冷却プレート(12)との間に絶縁シート(22)が挟持されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリの固定構造。
- 前記凹部は前記伝熱シート(21)を貫通する貫通孔(21a)からなり、前記冷却プレート(12)は中空であり、前記伝熱シート(21)は長辺および短辺を有する矩形状であり、前記長辺に沿って配置される複数の前記貫通孔(21a)の間隔は、前記短辺に沿って配置される複数の前記貫通孔(21a)の間隔よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリの固定構造。
- 前記複数の貫通孔(21a)は千鳥状に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリの固定構造。
- 前記凹部は前記伝熱シート(21)の一端側から他端側へと連通するエア抜き溝(21c,21d)を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリの固定構造。
- 前記バッテリは複数のバッテリセル(14)をホルダ(15)を挟んで積層したバッテリモジュール(13)からなり、前記ホルダ(15)は前記冷却面(14a)から前記伝熱シート(21)側に突出する突出部(15c)を備えるとともに、前記伝熱シート(21)は前記突出部(15c)が嵌合する位置決め凹部(21b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリの固定構造。
- 前記エア抜き溝(21c,21d)は、前記冷却面(14a)に対向する第1エア抜き溝(21c)と、前記冷却プレート(12)に対向する第2エア抜き溝(21d)とからなり、前記第1エア抜き溝(21c)の幅は前記第2エア抜き溝(21d)の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリの固定構造。
- 前記バッテリ(13)は前記冷却面(14a)の周囲を囲んで前記冷却プレート(12)側に突出する突壁部(15d,16c)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6〜請求項8の何れか1項に記載のバッテリの固定構造。
