Claims (9)
- 自然エネルギーを利用した発電手段を備え、海水、塩湖水もしくは岩塩を原料として、真水、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、カリウム、苛性ソーダ、塩素、塩酸、硫酸、水素、酸素等を生産する電解工場と、前記電解工場で生産した真水、硫酸および苛性ソーダによりセルロース材または穀物を醗酵させて燃料用バイオエタノールまたはアルコール飲料を蓚酸または蓚酸ソーダとともに製造するエタノール工場と、前記エタノール工場で生産した蓚酸あるいは蓚酸ソーダを前記電解工場において海水中の脱カルシウム剤として用い、かつ前記エタノール工場の醗酵工程で発生した二酸化炭素と前記電解工場で製造した真水と太陽光や人工光とによる光合成により野菜を生産する野菜工場と、前記光合成で発生する酸素を海中に導入して海水の酸素濃度補充と赤潮発生の抑制に供し、かつ前記電解工場で揚水した深層水に酸素を補充した海水を表層水に放流して養殖場あるいは漁礁として魚介類を生育させる養殖工場とを限られた1つの区域内に備えるオンサイト統合生産工場。
- 前記発電手段は、太陽熱温水器を循環する温水あるいはレンズやミラー等の集光手段で集光した太陽光の焦線に設置した集熱パイプの中を循環する熱媒としての石油製品、芳香族化合物、融解塩、易融金属、シリコーンオイル、硫酸、油等による高温循環液体あるいは電解工場の熱排水または温泉水としての海底温泉や海岸温泉あるいは火山性温泉の温泉水等の温水循環液体等と、揚水した深層水や海洋表層水あるいは河川水による冷水とを2または3重管構造の内管と外管とに夫々流し、その内外管の中管に半導体熱電子発電素子を並べた構造の温度差発電装置、あるいは集光された太陽光を吸熱層を介して熱電子発電素子の一方の面を熱し、他面は冷却のために水を流す構造の温度差発電装置を備え、温度差発電に供しない可視光線はコールドフィルターやバンドパスフィルター等で分波して前記野菜工場の光合成用の光として使い、温度差発電に供した深層水は前記野菜工場の寒冷地農場室の冷却に用いた後、深層水を2系統に分け、一方は電解工場で淡水化した後エタノール工場のビールや日本酒の原料とし、他方は寒流魚介類用生簀に、あるいはそのまま海洋の表層水に放流し、暖流魚貝類や底棲魚または海老や蟹等の囲いを有する養殖場あるいはその周囲には栄養豊富な深層水に群がってくる回遊魚の自然魚場・漁礁とする請求項1に記載のオンサイト統合生産工場。
- 前記エタノール工場では木屑やおが屑等のセルロース材を苛性ソーダ処理して生成した、あるいはアルコール醗酵で発生した二酸化炭素とコークスを赤熱して生成した一酸化炭素を苛性ソーダに吸収させて生成した蓚酸または蓚酸ソーダを洋上電解工場の逆浸透膜あるいはイオン交換膜で分離した灌水に注ぎ、蓚酸カルシウムとして沈殿させ、その濾液を逆浸透膜あるいは加熱により濃縮して硫酸を製造し、その硫酸を木屑やおが屑等に注ぎアルコール醗酵菌と共に燃料用バイオエタノールを製造し、この沈殿物蓚酸カルシウムに塩酸を注ぎ塩化カルシウムと蓚酸を分離し、塩化カルシウムは金属カルシウム製造のための溶融塩電気分解用原料あるいは金属ナトリウム製造のための溶融塩電気分解用触媒として使われ、蓚酸は回収して再度灌水中のカルシウムを沈殿分離するために利用する請求項1に記載のオンサイト統合生産工場。
- 前記酸素を海中に導入するために、海中に下ろす酸素吐き出しパイプのガス出口の海水境界面に撥水性多孔質フィルムやスポンジを張り、海水とガスとを隔離する請求項1に記載のオンサイト統合生産工場。
- 前記電気分解工場で生産する金属ナトリウムは貯蔵・輸送後、これを陸揚げして発電所や都市ガス製造所あるいは燃料電池施設等で、水素製造装置内部で水と反応させて水素を作り、残留物の苛性ソーダはソーダ工業用原料に供給するか、あるいは溶融塩電気分解を行い金属ナトリウムを再製するためのナトリウム燃料サイクルとする請求項1に記載のオンサイト統合生産工場。
- 前記水素製造装置内部の反応容器上部には軽油や油類に包まれた金属ナトリウムの投入口と水素取り出し口、および水を噴霧あるいは点滴あるいはパルス出射するためのノズルや蛇口、反応容器周囲には超音波振動子、底部には苛性ソーダ水溶液の取り出し弁、容器上部には油層中の金属ナトリウムを下層の水層に押し下げるための制御棒を備え、油層の中を揺動する水あるいは油層の外の水等と金属ナトリウムとを反応させるか、あるいは反応容器底部から油を排除した状態で水と金属ナトリウムを直接反応させるための油抜き取り弁を備え、かつ容器上部にはガス封入口と水素取り出し口と容器外周にジャケットを備えた水素製造装置の原材料であるナトリウムを製造する請求項5に記載のオンサイト統合生産工場。
- 前記太陽光の焦線に設置した集熱パイプの中を循環する熱煤を前記電解工場における溶融塩電解工場の溶融塩の加熱の補助として使用する請求項2に記載のオンサイト統合生産工場。
- 前記高温温泉水としての1次熱水が流れる温水路または温水容器の周囲に2次熱水としての水が循環する金属性パイプを廻らせ、当該2次熱水を前記記載の野菜工場における土壌や栽培温度を上昇するための暖房用に供し、熱帯あるいは亜熱帯植物を栽培する野菜工場や室内暖房に供する請求項2に記載のオンサイト統合生産工場。
- 前記電解工場、エタノール工場、野菜工場および養殖工場が、海洋に浮かぶ複胴あるいは単胴あるいはメガフロートからなる浮体船または浮遊船上あるいは沿岸構造物内または陸地の構造物内に設けられている請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のオンサイト統合生産工場。
