Abstract

本发明针对工业上制盐酸与烧碱成本高的问题,提供风能生产盐酸烧碱的设备,由风力发电单元、盐水浓缩单元、电解盐水制氯氢单元、合成反应单元组成,风力发电吸收风能发出直流电,提供设备中所有单元能量,盐水浓缩单元将海水通过蒸馏或者膜分离法分离出淡水和高浓度盐水,大部分直流电给电解盐水制氯氢单元进行电解水生产氢气、氯气和氢氧化钠溶液,然后在合成反应单元内合成氯化氢,被水吸收后成为盐酸,氢氧化钠溶液脱水即为烧碱的设备,这样利用自然资源,可以使盐酸和烧碱的生产成本降低60~70%,同时对风力能源的利用率也提高50%左右。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工设备,尤其是一种酸酸烧碱制作设备。
背景技术
盐酸在工业上是除硫酸以外的最重要的酸,是重要的化工原料和化学试剂。广泛应用于化学工业、冶金工业、石油工业、纺织工业和食品工业等方面。如用于制造金属氯化物、染料和多种化学药品,并用于镀锌、镀锡和搪瓷工业中。在人的胃中,含有溶质的质量分数为0.5%的盐酸,它能促进食物的消化,并杀死病菌。用水吸收氯化氢气即可制得盐酸。烧碱广泛地用于制肥皂、纺织、印染、漂白、造纸、精制石油、冶金及其他化学工业等各部门中。盐酸与烧碱的制作过程对消耗都很大、成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对工业上制盐酸与烧碱成本高的问题,提供了低成本生产设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取以下措施来实现:
一种风能生产盐酸烧碱的设备,其特征是由风力发电单元、盐水浓缩单元、电解盐水制氯氢单元、合成反应单元组成,风力发电吸收风能发出直流电,提供设备中所有单元能量,盐水浓缩单元将海水通过蒸馏或者膜分离法分离出淡水和高浓度盐水,大部分直流电给电解盐水制氯氢单元进行电解水生产氢气、氯气和氢氧化钠溶液,然后在合成反应单元内合成氯化氢,被水吸收后成为盐酸,氢氧化钠溶液脱水即为烧碱的设备。
与目前技术相比:本发明采用风能发电,利用海水来制造,有效的降低了制造盐酸与烧碱的成本,本发明充分的利用了自然资源,风能用之不尽取之不竭,海水也很廉价,从而大大的降低了成本。
具体实施方式
在具体实施中,有以下优选方法:
风力发电机可以发出直流电,也可以设置超级电容电池进行缓存,提供优质稳定的直流电。
盐水浓缩单元盐水浓缩单元将海水通过蒸馏或者膜分离法分离出淡水和高浓度盐水,所以本设备一般在沿海的海域安装实施,也可以在盐井附近的风场实施。
另外,单组设备中可以只配置风力发电单元和电解盐水制氯氢单元,将其生产的氯气、氢气并联集中,然后进行合成生产。
在实施例中,盐酸和烧碱的生产成本降低60~70%,同时对风力能源的利用率也提高50%左右。

1.一种风能生产盐酸烧碱的设备,其特征是由风力发电单元、盐水浓缩单元、电解盐水制氯氢单元、合成反应单元组成,风力发电吸收风能发出直流电,提供设备中所有单元能量,盐水浓缩单元将海水通过蒸馏或者膜分离法分离出淡水和高浓度盐水,大部分直流电给电解盐水制氯氢单元进行电解水生产氢气、氯气和氢氧化钠溶液,然后在合成反应单元内合成氯化氢,被水吸收后成为盐酸,氢氧化钠溶液脱水即为烧碱的设备。
2.如权利要求1所述的风能生产盐酸烧碱的设备,其特征在于风力发电机可以发出直流电,也可以设置超级电容电池进行缓存,提供优质稳定的直流电。
3.如权利要求1所述的风能生产盐酸烧碱的设备,其特征在于单组设备中可以只配置风力发电单元和电解盐水制氯氢单元,将其生产的氯气、氢气并联集中,然后进行合成生产。
