具移しアームの部分正面図、第６図は主軸に隣接してい
る可動工具ホルダジョーが完全に開かれた位置にある状
態の主軸頭及び工具移しアームの部分正面図、第７図は
工具移しアームが第６図に示されている位置から１００
０回転されかつ主軸に隣接している可動工具ホルダジョ
ー−が完全に開かれた位置にある状態の主軸頭及び工具

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）・工作機械作業ステーションと工具格納マガジン
    との間で工具を移動する工具移し装置に於いて、工具移
    しアームを設け、このアームに工具を受ける少なくとも
    一つのグリップを有し移動中に工具を固定する閉じられ
    た位置へ移動可能、　　　　であってこの閉じられた位
    置から工具を釈放する開かれた位置へ移動可能であり、
    新しい工具が作業ステージヨレに移動されて工作作業実
    行のためにグリップから工具を釈放されるよう開放装置
    が工具移しアームによって係合されると開放装置が作業
    ステーションでグリップを開かれた位置に移動すること
    を特徴とする工具移し装置。 （２）すでに使った工具を除去するために受けとり前記
    工具格納マガジンに移動するために前記作業ステーショ
    ンに閉じ装置が移動するように閉じ装置が前記工具移し
    アームによって係合されると、閉じ装置が作業ステーシ
    ョンで前記グリップを閉じられた位置に移動することを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の工具移し装
    置。 （３）前記工具移しアームに移動装置を設けて前記グリ
    ップをその開閉位置間で移動しグリップを動作するため
    に前記作業ステーションで前記開放装置及び閉じ装置に
    よって補記移動装置が係合されるように設けられている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項の工具
    移し装置。 −（４）前記グリップは固定ジョーと可動ジョーを有し
    この両ジョーの間で工具を掴むために可動ジョーが閉さ
    れた位置に移動して固定ジョーと協力すると共にグリッ
    プから工具を釈放するために開かれ、且つ前記移動装置
    が開閉位置間で可動ジョーを移動するために可動ジョー
    に設けられていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第３項の工具移し装置」 （５）前記開放装置は前記工具移しアー、ムが新しい工
    具を挿入するために作業ステーションの方向の軸線方向
    に動くように工具を釈放する前記移動装置を正しく作動
    するために前記作業ステーションに衝接体を設け、前記
    閉じ装置は前記工具移しアームが作業ステーションから
    すでに使った工具を除くために工具を掴むように工具の
    方向の横方向に動いて作業ステーションに工具を固定す
    るよう前記グリップを閉じる前記移動装置を作動するた
    めの作業ステーションに第２衝接体を有することを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項の工具移し装置。
