- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 近位端と遠位端とを有する織った管状の金属織布であって、各端は該端 を固定する手段を含み、前記織った管状の金属織布は身体の器官の異常開口を閉 塞する形状にされた予め設定した拡張形態を有し、前記拡張した予め設定の形態 は患者の身体の管腔を通して送るように断面寸法を小さくするように変形可能で あり、前記織った金属織布は記憶性能を有し、それによって医療装置が拘束から 解放されると前記予め設定した形態に戻る傾向があるようにする管状の織った金 属の織布からなる折り畳み可能な医療装置。 2. 前記拡張した予め設定の形態が2個の拡径部分と、前記2個の拡径部分 の間に配置された小径の部分とからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記 載の医療装置。 3. 前記小径部分が患者の心房中隔壁の厚さと近似した長さを有することを 特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の医療装置。 4. 前記拡張した予め設定の形態がベルの形状であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 5. 前記拡張した予め設定の形態がダンベルの形状であることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 6. 各端を固定する前記手段が送り装置へ回転させて取り付けるねじを切っ ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 7. 前記金属織布が、ステンレス鋼、ニッケルーチタニウム、およびコバル トークロームーニッケルからなる群から選択された合金から作られることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 8. 患者の身体の管腔を通して送るために折りたたまれた形態と、管腔のル ーメンを概ね充満するための全体的にダンベル状の拡大した形態とを有する金属 織布からなり、前記拡大した形態における前記金属織布は2個の拡径部分と前記 2個の拡径部分の間に配置された小径部分とを有することを特徴とする折りたた み可能な医療装置。 9. 前記管状の織った織布内に保持された閉塞ファイバを更に含むことを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の医療装置。 10. 前記管状の織った織布内に保持された閉塞ファイバを更に含むことを 特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の医療装置。 11. 前記管状の織った織布内に保持された閉塞ファイバを更に含むことを 特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の医療装置。 12. 前記管状の織った織布内に保持された閉塞ファイバを更に含むこを特 徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の医療装置。
