Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平均分子量Mn500〜20000ダルトン、80モル%より上の末端位二 重結合の含量を有する低分子量の高反応性ポリイソブテンを、イソブテン又はイ ソブテン含有炭化水素流を液体相中で三弗化硼素−錯体−触媒を用いて温度−4 0〜0℃及び圧力1〜20バールで重合させることによって製造するに当たり、 重合反応を少なくとも2つの重合反応工程で実施し、その際、第1重合工程で供 給されたイソブテンを95%までの部分変換率まで重合させ、残りのイソブテン の重合を、第1重合工程で生じたポリイソブテンを前もって分離せずに又は分離 した後に、1以上の後続重合工程で引き続き行うことを特徴とする、低分子量の 高反応性ポリイソブテンの製法。 2.第2重合工程における重合を第1重合工程より低い重合温度で行うことを特 徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.第1重合工程でイソブテンを、第1重合工程に供給されたイソブテン量に対 して5〜98%の変換率に達するまで重合させることを特徴とする、請求項1及 び2に記載の方法。 4.第1重合工程でイソブテンを、第1重合工程に供給されたイソブテン量に対 して50〜90%の変換 率に達するまで重合させることを特徴とする、請求項1から3に記載の方法。 5.第1重合工程からの搬出物を、更に後処理せずに第2又は後続の重合工程に 導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までに記載の方法。 6.第2又は後続の重合工程で、三弗化硼素を後添加することを特徴とする、請 求項1から5までに記載の方法。 7.第2又はその他の重合工程の通過後に得られた重合混合物を、その中になお 含まれるイソブテン−残量を重合させるために、後反応器として働く滞留時間容 器中で前の重合工程より高い温度で処理することを特徴とする、請求項1から6 までに記載の方法。 8.三弗化硼素−錯体−触媒として、三弗化硼素とC1〜C20−アルコール、第 三アルキルエーテル及び/又は水との1種類又は数種類の錯体を使用することを 特徴とする、請求項1から7に記載の方法。 9.三弗化硼素−錯体−触媒として、三弗化硼素とイソプロパノール又は2−ブ タノールとの錯体を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から8に記載の方法。
