Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.交差箇所で融合した実質的に微細フィブリルのみの微細構造を有する不織 ウェブから本質的になり、 (a)0.05〜0.4 μmの気孔サイズ、 (b)10〜60psi の泡立ち点、 (c)1.05〜1.20の気孔サイズ分布値、 (d)0.9〜17ポンド/力のボール破裂強度、 (e)20のフレージャー数と10のガーレイ秒の間の空気の流れ、 (f)1.0 〜25.4μmの厚さ、 を有する薄い多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜。 2.気孔サイズが0.05〜0.2 μmであり、泡立ち点か20〜55であり、空気流れ が10のフレージャー数と6のガーレイ秒の間にあり、繊維直径が5〜200nm であ る請求項1に記載の膜。 3.厚さ約20〜30ミル以上の割合に厚いポリテトラフルオロエチレンの押出さ れた潤滑剤入りフィルムを使用し、それを3倍未満で横方向に延伸し、乾燥し、 次いで長手方向に10〜100 倍で延伸し、次いで長手方向に1:1〜 1.5:1倍で 再度延伸し、フィルムの収縮を防ぎながら横方向に再度延伸することによって加 工することを含む、請求項1に記載の膜の製造方法。
