Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 相互に連結される多くの複雑な構成部品を必
要としないコンバ−ティブル型車のトランクを提供する
ことを課題とする。 【解決手段】 一方において折畳まれたル−フ１を格納
し、他方において荷物を収納するために開くトランクの
ふた２と、車のトップを閉じた状態のときはル−フ１の
後部の下に広がり、ル−フ１の格納時には折畳まれたル
−フ１の通過を許容するように畳み込まれる後部棚３と
から成り、前記後部棚３はトランクのふた２の前方エッ
ジ２ａに連結されていて、前記トランクのふた２の前方
エッジ２ａとトランク５の前部を閉塞する壁４との間に
広がる状態と、畳み込まれた状態でトランクのふた２の
下に位置する状態との間で移動可能である。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は折畳式ル−フを有す
るコンバ−ティブル型車のトランクに関するものであっ
て、当該トランクは、一方において折畳式ル−フをトラ
ンクに格納するために開き、他方において荷物をトラン
クに収納するために開くトランクのふたと、閉状態のル
−フの後部の下に広がると共に、折畳まれたル−フを通
過させ得るように畳まれる後部棚とを有する。

【従来の技術】フランス国特許第２７２８１９９号は、
上記種類の装置を開示する。そこには、トランクのふた
が前方から後方に向かって開いた後にル−フがトランク
方向に移動するときに、前方下方向に回動する後部棚が
開示されている。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記種類の装置は、相
互に連結される多くの複雑な構成部品を必要とするとい
う欠点がある。そこで本願発明は、このような欠点のな
いトランクを提供することを課題とする。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、一方において
折畳まれたル−フを格納し、他方において荷物を収納す
るために開くトランクのふたと、車のトップを閉じた状
態のときはル−フの後部の下に広がり、ル−フの格納時
には折畳まれたル−フの通過を許容するように畳み込ま
れる後部棚とから成り、前記後部棚はトランクのふたの
前方エッジに連結されていて、前記トランクのふたの前
方エッジとトランクの前部を閉塞する壁との間に広がる
状態と、畳み込まれた状態でトランクのふたの下に位置
する状態との間で移動可能である、折畳式ル−フを備え
たコンバ−ティブル型車のトランク、を以て上記課題を
解決した。
【０００５】後部棚がトランクのふたに取り付けられて
いるため、該棚はトランクのふた方向に畳まれていると
きに、ふたの開閉動作に追随し、トランク内への荷物の
収納及び畳まれたル−フの格納に全く支障を来たさな
い。
【０００６】本発明の有利な実施形態においては、前記
後部棚は、少なくとも１つのグ−ズ・ネック型部材を介
してトランクのふたの前方エッジに連結される。
【０００７】本発明の第１の実施形態においては、前記
トランクのふたが、前方から後方に向かって開くように
トランクの後部に取り付けられる。
【０００８】本発明の第２の実施形態においては、前記
トランクのふたは、後方から前方に向かって開くように
トランクの前方に取り付けられる。この実施形態におい
ては、折畳式ル−フの後部が、前記トランクのふたの前
方エッジとトランクの前部を閉塞する前記壁との間の隙
間を閉塞する仕切りを備える。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の更に他の特徴及び利点
は、下記説明によって一層明らかとなる。添付図面中図
１において、折畳式のル−フ１を備えたコンバ−ティブ
ル型車のトランクは、折畳まれたル−フ１を格納するた
めに開くと共に、荷物を収納するために開くトランクの
ふた２を有する。
【００１０】当該トランクは更に、ル−フ１が車のトッ
プを閉じた状態にあるときに、ル−フ１の後部１ａの下
側に広がる後部棚３を有する。この後部棚３は、畳まれ
たル−フ１が通過し得る状態に畳み込まれる。
【００１１】本発明によれば、後部棚３は、トランクの
ふた２の前方エッジ２ａに取り付けられ、前記トランク
のふた２、１１の前方エッジ２ａ、１１ａとトランク５
の前部を閉塞する壁４との間に広がった状態と、畳み込
まれた状態でトランクのふた２、１１の下側に位置する
状態との間で移動可能である。
【００１２】図示した例においては、後部棚３は、少な
くとも１つのグ−ズ・ネック型部材６により、符号３ａ
で示す個所においてトランクのふた２の前方エッジ２ａ
に連結される。
【００１３】図１及び図２に示す例においては、トラン
クのふた２は、図中矢印Ｆで示す前方から後方に向かう
方向に開くように、符号７で示す個所においてトランク
の後部８に連結される。
【００１４】上記実施形態においては、前記後部棚３を
トランクのふた２の下側に畳み込むためにそれを回動さ
せる動作、前記トランクのふた２を開けるためにそれを
前方から後方に向かって回動させる動作、ル−フ１を畳
んでそれをトランク５に格納する動作、トランクのふた
２の前方エッジ２ａとトランク５の前部を閉塞する壁４
との間の隙間を閉塞するために前記後部棚３を前方に向
けて回動させる動作、及び、トランクのふた２を閉める
動作を一連に行なわせるための手段が設置される。
【００１５】図３は、後部棚３がグ−ズ・ネック型部材
６の回転スピンドル３ａに連結されている２本のシャフ
ト１０に接続された電動モ−タ９によって、どのように
回動させられるかを示している。トランクのふた２は、
図１において矢印Ｆで示す方向に、図示せぬアクチュエ
−タの作用で回動駆動される。
【００１６】図５乃至図７に示される実施形態において
は、トランクのふた１１は、それが後方から前方に向か
って（図中矢印Ｆ1 で示す方向）開くように、符号１２
で示す個所においてトランク５の前部に取り付けられ
る。
【００１７】この実施形態においては、折畳可能なル−
フ１３の後部に、トランクのふた１１の前方エッジ１１
ａとトランク５の前部を閉塞する壁４との間の隙間を塞
ぐ仕切り１４が設けられる。
【００１８】ル−フ１３が車のトップを閉塞した状態に
あるとき、符号３ａで示す個所においてトランクのふた
１１の前方エッジ１１ａに取り付けられる後部棚３は、
図５に示されるように、トランクのふた１１の下側に畳
み込まれる。この位置において、トランクのふた１１の
後部は、トランク５の後側部分８にロックされる。
【００１９】この実施形態においては、後部棚３をトラ
ンクのふたの下側に畳み込んだ状態で後方から前方に向
かって回動させることによってトランク５を開ける動
作、ル−フ１３を折畳んでトランク５内に格納する動
作、図７に示すように、トランクのふたの前方エッジ１
１ａとトランク５の前部を閉塞する壁４との間の隙間を
閉塞するために後部棚３を前方に回動させる動作の各動
作を一連に行わせるための手段が設置される。
【００２０】後部棚３は、スピンドル３ａに連結された
電動モ−タによって回動可能とされる。トランクのふた
１１は、アクチュエ−タによって連結部１２を軸に回動
可能にされる。
【００２１】当然のことながら、本発明は、上述の実施
例のみに限定されるものではない。すなわち、本発明の
範囲から逸脱することなく、多くの変形を上記実施例に
加えることが可能である。

【発明の効果】本発明は上述した通りであって、複雑な
構成の部品の点数が少ないシンプルな構成であって、そ
のふたは一方向にのみ開いて２つの機能、即ち、折畳式
ル−フの格納と荷物の収納という２つの機能を好適に果
たすことができるトランクを提供し得る効果がある。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 一方において折畳まれたル−フ（１、1
    3）を格納し、他方において荷物を収納するために開く
    トランクのふた（２、11）と、車のトップを閉じた状態
    のときはル−フ（１、13）の後部の下に広がり、ル−フ
    の格納時には折畳まれたル−フの通過を許容するように
    畳み込まれる後部棚（３）とから成り、前記後部棚
    （３）はトランクのふた（２、11）の前方エッジ（２
    ａ、11ａ）に連結されていて、前記トランクのふた
    （２、11）の前方エッジ（２ａ、11ａ）とトランク
    （５）の前部を閉塞する壁（４）との間に広がる状態
    と、畳み込まれた状態でトランクのふた（２、11）の下
    に位置する状態との間で移動可能である、折畳式ル−フ
    （１、13）を備えたコンバ−ティブル型車のトランク。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記後部棚（３）が、少なくとも１つの
    グ−ズ・ネック型部材（６）を介してトランクのふた
    （２、11）の前方エッジ（２ａ、11ａ）に連結される請
    求項１に記載のコンバ−ティブル型車のトランク。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記トランクのふた（２）が、前方から
    後方に向かって開くようにトランク（５）の後部（８）
    に取り付けられる請求項１又は２に記載のコンバ−ティ
    ブル型車のトランク。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記後部棚（３）をトランクのふた
    （２）の下側に畳み込むためにそれを回動させる動作、
    前記トランクのふた（２）を開けるためにそれを前方か
    ら後方に向かって回動させる動作、ル−フ（１）を畳ん
    でそれをトランク（５）に格納する動作、トランクのふ
    た（２）の前方エッジ（２ａ）とトランク（５）の前部
    を閉塞する壁（４）との間の隙間を閉塞するために前記
    後部棚（３）を前方に向けて回動させる動作、及び、ト
    ランクのふた（２）を閉める動作の各動作を一連に行な
    うための手段を備えた請求項３に記載のコンバ−ティブ
    ル型車のトランク。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記トランクのふた（11）が、後方から
    前方に向かって開くようにトランク（５）の前部に取り
    付けられる請求項１又は２に記載のコンバ−ティブル型
    車のトランク。
  6. 【請求項６】 折畳式ル−フ（13）の後部が、前記トラ
    ンクのふた（11）の前方エッジ（11ａ）とトランク
    （５）の前部を閉塞する前記壁（４）との間の隙間を閉
    塞する仕切り（14）を備える請求項５に記載のコンバ−
    ティブル型車のトランク。
  7. 【請求項７】 後部棚（３）をトランクのふたの下側に
    畳み込んだ状態で後方から前方に向かって回動させるこ
    とによってトランク（５）を開ける動作、ル−フ（13）
    を折畳んでトランク（５）内に格納する動作、トランク
    のふたの前方エッジ（11ａ）とトランク（５）の前部を
    閉塞する壁（４）との間の隙間を閉塞するために後部棚
    （３）を前方に回動させる動作の各動作を一連に行わせ
    るための手段を備えた請求項５又は６に記載のコンバ−
    ティブル型車のトランク。
