Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.塩化水素含有ガスを精製するための固形粉末状反応組成物であって、炭酸水 素ナトリウムを98重量%より多くかつ炭酸ナトリウム(Sodium monocarbonate)を 2重量%未満含み、平均粒子直径が0.050mmよりも小さく、粒径勾配が5よりも 小さいことにより定義される粒径分布を示す反応組成物。 2.炭酸水素ナトリウムの含有量が少なくとも99重量%、炭酸ナトリウムの含有 量が多くても1重量%、平均粒子直径が大きくても0.030mmに等しく、粒径勾配 が大きくても3に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の反応組成物。 3.炭酸水素ナトリウムの含有量が99から99.9重量%、炭酸ナトリウムの含有量 が0.1から1重量%、平均粒子直径が0.010から0.030mm、粒径勾配が1から3で あることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の反応組成物。 4.平均粒子直径が0.020から0.030mmでありかつ粒径勾配が1.25から2.50である ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の反応組成物。 5.少なくとも90重量%が0.055mm以下の直径を有しかつ多くても10重量%が0.0 06mm未満の直径を有する粒子から成ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の反応組 成物。 6.図2に表した累積粒径分布を示す請求項4又は5に記載の反応組成物。 7.平均粒子直径が0.010から0.020mmであり、粒径勾配が1から3であることを 特徴とする請求項3に記載の反応組成物。 8.少なくとも90重量%が0.035mm以下の直径を有しかつ多くても10重量%が0.0 05mm未満の直径を有する粒子から成ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の反応組 成物。 9.図3に表した粒径分布を示す請求項7又は8に記載の反応組成物。 10.炭酸水素ナトリウムを98重量%より多く、炭酸ナトリウムを2重量%未満含 み、少なくとも粒子の85重量%が0.500mmよりも小さい直径を有しかつ多くても 粒子の25重量%が0.040mmよりも小さい粒径分布を示す粉末を粉砕することによ り得られる請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の反応組成物。 11.前記粉末が、粒子100重量ユニット当たり、85ユニットが0.250mm未満の直径 を有し、50から70ユニットが0.125mm未満の直径を有し、30から50ユニット が0.090mm未満の直径を有し、25ユニット未満が0.045mm未満の直径を有する粒径 分布を示すことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の反応組成物。 12.前記粉末が、炭酸水素ナトリウムを少なくとも99重量%及び炭酸ナトリウム を多くても1重量%含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の反応組成物。 13.家庭用廃棄物の焼却からの煙道ガスを精製するための、請求項1から12に記 載の反応組成物。 14.塩化水素を含有する煙を精製する方法であって、請求項1から13のいずれか の反応組成物を、温度125から600℃で煙に導入し、次に、煙を粉塵除去に供する 方法。 15.粉塵除去が静電的分離を含み、煙に導入される反応組成物が請求項4から6 に記載のものであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。 16.粉塵除去が濾布を通す濾過を含み、煙に導入される反応組成物が請求項7か ら9載のものであることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。 17.煙からの粉塵除去が、反応組成物が煙に導入される最後から2秒より後で実 施されることを特徴とする請求項14から16記載のいずれかの方法。 18.反応組成物が煙に導入される最後と粉塵除去の間の経過時間が2.5から6秒 であることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
