Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 順に、金属層、非金属の導電性層および非導電性層を具備する耐蝕性金属 積層体。 2. 前記非金属の導電性層が、真性導電性ポリマーを非導電性マトッリックス に混合した混合物からなる請求の範囲1記載の積層体。 3. 前記非導電性層が、セラミック、熱可塑性ポリマーまたは熱硬化性ポリマ ーである請求の範囲2記載の積層体。 4. 前記非導電性マトリックスが、無機のマトリックス、有機熱硬化性樹脂ま たは有機熱可塑性樹脂である請求の範囲3記載の積層体。 5. 前記非導電性マトリックスが、エポキシ樹脂およびウレタン樹脂からなる 群から選択される有機熱硬化性樹脂である請求の範囲4記載の積層体。 6. 前記真性導電性ポリマーが酸でドープされたポリアニリンである請求の範 囲5記載の積層体。 7. 前記導電性非金属層が、0.1〜80容量%の前記ポリアニリンと99. 9〜20容量%の前記有機熱硬化性樹脂を含 有してなる請求の範囲6記載の積層体。 8. 前記非導電性マトリックスが、ビニルクロリド/アセテートコポリマーま たはポリブチルメタクリレートを含んでなる有機熱可塑性樹脂である請求の範囲 4記載の積層体。 9. 前記金属層が鋼鉄である請求の範囲1記載の積層体。 10. 真性導電性ポリマーを非導電性マトリックスに混合した混合物を含んで なる第一コーティングを、金属シートの一面または金属物品の表面に付与し;次 いで 前記第一コーティングの上に非導電性材料を付与する; ことを含んでなる腐蝕性金属の表面の腐蝕を防止する方法。 11. 真性導電性ポリマーおよび非導電性接着マトリックスの混合物を含んで なる導電性中間コーティング;ならびに非導電性トップコート; を含んでなる、金属表面に対する2成分腐蝕抑制コーティング系。
