Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 鳥類または爬虫類の卵黄から超高純度の卵油を得る方法であって、下記 の工程段階を特徴とする方法。 a) 90℃までの温度で卵黄を乾燥し、乾燥した卵黄を粉砕して、粉末状生 成物(A)を得て、 b) 段階(a)で得た生成物(A)を脂肪溶解性抽出剤を用いて3〜7日間抽 出を行ない、 c) 抽出剤を徐々に留去して、粘稠な残渣(B)を得て、 d) 段階(c)で得た残渣(B)を環境温度で10時間まで、好ましくは5〜 7時間エージングし、 e) 残渣(B)を7〜12℃の温度で24時間まで明確な相分離が起こるまで 更にエージングし、 f) 段階(e)の相分離時に形成された粘稠性の低い相(C)を分離し、 g) 段階(f)で得た粘稠性の低い生成物(C)を7,000回転/分までの速 度で20〜40分間遠心分離して、粘稠性の低い相(D)を分離し、 h) 段階(g)で得た生成物(D)を脱塩水と1:2〜1:5の容積比で混合 し、この混合物を90〜120℃、好ましくは95〜100℃の温度で30〜9 0分間加熱し、 i) 段階(h)で得た水性混合物を環境温度まで冷却して、粘稠性の低い成分 (E)を分離し、 j) 段階(i)で得た生成物(E)を7,000回転/分までの速度で20〜 40分間遠心分離して、粘稠性の低い相(F)を分離し、 k) 段階(j)で得た生成物(F)を明確な相分離が起きるまで24時間まで 7〜12℃の温度に保持し、粘稠性の低い相(G)を分離し、 l) 段階(K)で得た生成物(G)を7,000回転/分までの速度で20〜 40分間遠心分離して、粘稠性の低い相(H)を分離し、 m) 適宜、段階(l)で得た生成物(H)を用いて段階(h)〜(l)または(j )〜(l)の処理を繰返す。 2. 卵黄を50℃〜70℃の温度で乾燥する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。 3. 段階(b)における(A)の抽出に用いられる抽出剤が、下記の物質また は物質群aa)〜ff)から選択される、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方 法。 aa) 1分子当たり1〜5、好ましくは1〜4個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ア ルコール、好ましくはメタノールまたはエタノール、 bb) 1分子当たり5個までの炭素原子を有する脂肪族ケトン、好ましくはア セトン、 cc) フレオン、 dd) 1分子当たり7個までの炭素原子を有する脂肪族エーテル、特にジアル キルエーテル、例えばジエチルエーテル、および環状エーテル、特にテトラヒド ロフラン、 ee) 脂肪族エステル、特に酢酸エチル、および ff) CO2。 4. 段階(b)における(A)の抽出に用いられる抽出技術が、下記の抽出技 術a1)〜d1)から選択される、請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 a1) 室温または高められた温度で、真空および適度な大気圧を超える圧の間 の圧力下での浸軟、および/または b1) ソックスレー法による抽出、および/または c1) CO2を用いる圧力下での抽出、および/または d1) 温和な条件下での還流。 5. 段階(b)における(A)の抽出を4〜5日間行なう、請求の範囲第1項 〜第4項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. それぞれの場合に粘稠性の低い相(C)〜(H)を分離する分離法を、傾 瀉によりまたはセパレーターを用いることによって行なう、請求の範囲第1項〜 第5項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. 段階(g)、(j)および(l)における(C)、(E)および(G)の遠心 分離をそれぞれの場合に30分間行なう、請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 8. 段階(g)の(C)、段階(j)の(E)、および段階(l)の(G)の遠心 分離を、4,000〜7,000回転/分の速度で行なう、請求の範囲第1項〜 第7項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9. 段階(g)の(C)、段階(j)の(E)、および段階(l)の(G)の遠心 分離を、900〜1,200回転/分の速度で行なう、請求の範囲第1項〜第7 項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10. 段階(h)で調製した生成物(D)および脱塩水の混合物を好ましくは 60分間加熱する、請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11. 日焼けを包含する皮膚の火傷を治療するための生成物としての、請求 の範囲第1項〜第10項のいずれか1項に記載の方法で調製した超高純度の卵油 の使用。 12. 化粧用組成物における皮膚を再生させるための生成物としての、請求 の範囲第1項〜第10項のいずれか1項に記載の方法で調製した超高純度の卵油 の使用。
