本发明公开的一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将多香果清洗、除杂,放入压力容器中,高压膨化后,并进行粉碎处理;(2)将膨化处理后的多香果粉末置于超声装置中,加入乙醇溶剂,在55~65℃的温度条件下,超声提取60‑90min;(3)将超声后的物料离心,收集滤液;(4)减压浓缩:采用布氏漏斗将步骤(3)中提取液过滤,低温真空浓缩至原体积的1/8‑1/6,得到品质纯正的膏状油树脂产品,提取效率高、避免有效成分的破坏、避免有机溶剂造成的污染,以该树脂制备的香精香气饱满、无杂气、醇厚,增强烟气的生津感、降低烟气对人体的危害。

本发明涉及香精香料领域,具体涉及一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法及其应用。
背景技术
多香果属桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)热带常绿树,学名Pimenta diocia,旧称P.officinalis,原产西印度群岛和中美,浆果可提取高级香料。因其干燥的浆果具有类似丁香、桂皮和肉豆蔻的混合芳香气味,故称多香果。广泛用作烘烤、腌制食品和肉馅的香料。多香果的使用部分为桃金娘科植物多香果的干燥种子,具有丁香和肉豆蔻的混合芳香气味。其含有丰富的挥发油,成分为丁子香酚(Eugenol),蛋白质,脂肪,维生素A、C、B1、B2和多种矿物质。主要应用于食品、化妆品等行业,而其挥发油具有强烈的香气,可应用于香水、香皂等化妆品用香精配方中,同时多香果挥发油还具有抗菌、消炎、防虫、抗氧化等功效。
油树脂是目前应用非常广泛的一种重要香料,是采用适当的溶剂从原料中将其香味和口味成分抽提出来,再将溶剂蒸馏回收,最终制得粘稠的、颜色略深的、含有精油的树脂性产品。油树脂基本集中了原料中的包括精油在内的有效成分,香气和口味比较平衡,而且比较完整。相比精油类产品,油树脂不仅含有精油的挥发性成分,同时也含有精油所不具备的香味成分,虽然香气稍淡,但香味更丰富。油树脂在存放中因活性成分被脂肪所包围且含有天然抗氧化剂,使其氧化变质机会少。
超声波低温提取技术与传统提取工艺相比,能够在较低温度条件下深入细胞内部,实现对其有效成分的提取,避免有效成分受热破坏,使从而极大地提高了提取物的品质,因此,可通过超声技术制备百香果油树脂产品。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法及其应用,提取效率高、避免有效成分的破坏、避免有机溶剂造成的污染。
本发明的技术方案是,提供一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将多香果清洗、除杂,放入压力容器中,高压膨化后,并进行粉碎处理;(2)将膨化处理后的多香果粉末置于超声装置中,加入乙醇溶剂,在55~65℃的温度条件下,超声提取60-90min;(3)将超声后的物料离心,收集滤液;(4)减压浓缩:采用布氏漏斗将步骤(3)中提取液过滤,低温真空浓缩至原体积的1/8-1/6,得到品质纯正的膏状油树脂产品。
优选地,所述步骤步骤(1)中,膨化压力为3-10Mpa,膨化时间为10-15 min,膨化温度为35-40℃。

本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本提取方法为纯物理方法,膨化处理实现了对多香果的粉碎,超声提取法能够深入物料的细胞内部,大幅度提高了有效成分提取率;
2、本提取方法能够在较温和的条件下进行,从而避免有效成分破坏;
3、本提取方法使用乙醇溶剂,能够避免有机溶剂对油树脂产品造成污染;
4、本方法所制备的多香果香精香气饱满、无杂气、醇厚,增强烟气的生津感、降低烟气对人体的危害。

实施例1
本发明一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将多香果清洗、除杂,放入压力容器中,设置膨化压力为3Mpa,膨化时间为10 min,膨化温度为35℃;
(2)高压膨化后,并进行粉碎处理至60目;;
(3)将膨化处理后的多香果粉末置于超声装置中, 加入乙醇溶剂,料液比1:6。设置超声功率200W,在55℃的温度条件下,超声提取60min;
(4)将超声后的物料离心,设置离心转速800r/min,离心功率150W,离心时间10min,收集滤液;
(5)减压浓缩:采用布氏漏斗将步骤(4)中提取液过滤,低温真空浓缩至原体积的1/8,得到品质纯正的膏状多香果油树脂产品。
实施例2
本发明一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将多香果清洗、除杂,放入压力容器中,设置膨化压力为10Mpa,膨化时间为15 min,膨化温度为40℃;
(2)高压膨化后,并进行粉碎处理至100目;;
(3)将膨化处理后的多香果粉末置于超声装置中, 加入乙醇溶剂,料液比1:10。设置超声功率250W,在65℃的温度条件下,超声提取90min;
(4)将超声后的物料离心,设置离心转速1000r/min,离心功率200W,离心时间15min,收集滤液;
(5)减压浓缩:采用布氏漏斗将步骤(4)中提取液过滤,低温真空浓缩至原体积的1/6,得到品质纯正的膏状多香果油树脂产品。
实施例3
本发明一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将多香果清洗、除杂,放入压力容器中,设置膨化压力为8Mpa,膨化时间为12 min,膨化温度为38℃;
(2)高压膨化后,并进行粉碎处理至80目;;
(3)将膨化处理后的多香果粉末置于超声装置中, 加入乙醇溶剂,料液比1:8。设置超声功率230W,在60℃的温度条件下,超声提取80min;
(4)将超声后的物料离心,设置离心转速900r/min,离心功率170W,离心时间13min,收集滤液;
(5)减压浓缩:采用布氏漏斗将步骤(4)中提取液过滤,低温真空浓缩至原体积的1/7,得到品质纯正的膏状多香果油树脂产品。
实施例4
本发明一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将多香果清洗、除杂,放入压力容器中,设置膨化压力为5Mpa,膨化时间为15 min,膨化温度为38℃;
(2)高压膨化后,并进行粉碎处理至80目;;
(3)将膨化处理后的多香果粉末置于超声装置中, 加入乙醇溶剂,料液比1:6。设置超声功率220W,在60℃的温度条件下,超声提取80min;
(4)将超声后的物料离心,设置离心转速850r/min,离心功率190W,离心时间15min,收集滤液;
(5)减压浓缩:采用布氏漏斗将步骤(4)中提取液过滤,低温真空浓缩至原体积的1/8,得到品质纯正的膏状多香果油树脂产品。
实施例5
取实施例1-4所制备的多香果油树脂,以多香果树脂100g计,按50-60份多香果树脂、0.2-0.3份丁香花蕾油、0.5-0.6份丁香酚、0.8-1.0份乙位石竹烯、0.7-0.9份乙酸芳樟酯、0.8-1.0份肉豆蔻油、0.6-0.7份香兰素、0.3-0.4份乙基麦芽酚、0.2-0.3份丁酸乙酯、0.3-0.5份桂皮油、0.2-0.3份愈创木酚、90-94.2份丙二醇、0.6-0.8份肉桂醇、0.2-0.3份覆盆子酮、0.1-1.1份丙酸乙酯的重量称取,混合,均质,即得多香果香精。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将多香果清洗、除杂,放入压力容器中,高压膨化后,并进行粉碎处理;(2)将膨化处理后的多香果粉末置于超声装置中,加入乙醇溶剂,在55~65℃的温度条件下,超声提取60-90min;(3)将超声后的物料离心,收集滤液;(4)减压浓缩:采用布氏漏斗将步骤(3)中提取液过滤,低温真空浓缩至原体积的1/8-1/6,得到品质纯正的膏状油树脂产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤步骤(1)中,膨化压力为3-10Mpa,膨化时间为10-15 min,膨化温度为35-40℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,将膨化后的多香果粉碎至60~100目;
根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,设置超声功率200-250W,料液比1:6-1:10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,设置离心转速800-1000r/min,离心功率150-200W,离心时间10-15min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用多香果油树脂制备的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,设置浓缩温度为40-50℃。
6.一种应用如权利要求1所述的多香果油树脂制备多香果香精的方法,其特征在于,包括质量份数如下的组分:50-60份多香果树脂、0.2-0.3份丁香花蕾油、0.5-0.6份丁香酚、0.8-1.0份乙位石竹烯、0.7-0.9份乙酸芳樟酯、0.8-1.0份肉豆蔻油、0.6-0.7份香兰素、0.3-0.4份乙基麦芽酚、0.2-0.3份丁酸乙酯、0.3-0.5份桂皮油、0.2-0.3份愈创木酚、90-94.2份丙二醇、0.6-0.8份肉桂醇、0.2-0.3份覆盆子酮、0.1-1.1份丙酸乙酯。
