Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 可視スペクトルの実質的な全範囲にわたり実質的に均一な反射外観を呈 し、少なくとも第1および第2の異種高分子物質を含み、物体に入射する可視光 の少なくとも40パーセントを反射させるように前記第1および第2高分子物質 の十分な数の交互層を含む成形可能な高分子多層反射物体で、該物体の個々の層 の大部分は、前記高分子物質の繰返し単位の光学的厚さの合計が190nmを上 回る範囲内の光学的厚さを有する物体において、該第1および第2高分子物質は 屈折率が互いに少なくとも0.03異なり、さらに、層が、少なくとも1.25の予め定 めた延伸比の少なくとも190nmから340nmの光学的繰返し単位の厚さ倍 の範囲にわたる光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配を有するとともに、該物体に 対して可視スペクトルの実質的な全範囲にわたり実質的に均一な反射外観を維持 することを特徴とする成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 2. 前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が2より大きいことを特徴とす る請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 3. 前記第1および第2の高分子物質が繰返し単位ABを有し、第1および 第2高分子物質の光学的厚さの比が2:1であることを特徴とする請求項1の成 形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 4. 前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が380nmから2000nm の範囲にわたる実質的に連続な波長の有効範囲を与える関数であることを特徴と する請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 5.前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が一次関数であることを特徴とす る請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 6. 前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が四次関数であることを特徴と する請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 7. 前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が、線状勾配上に付加された四 次関数であることを特徴とする請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 8. 前記物体の個々の層の大部分が、前記高分子物質の繰返し単位の光学的 厚さの合計が190nmないし1700nmである範囲内の光学的厚さを有する ことを特徴とする請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 9. 前記層が薄くなると、前記物体の反射率が高くまたは低くなることを特 徴とする請求項1の成形可能な多層反射物体。 10. 物体が少なくとも1000層を有することを特徴とする請求項1の成 形可能な多層高分子多層反射物体。 11. 前記物体に入射する可視光の少なくとも80パーセントを反射させる ことを特徴とする請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 12. 前記高分子物体の少なくとも1つの層に着色剤を包含させることを特 徴とする請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 13. 前記着色剤が、顔料および染料より成る群から選ばれることを特徴と する請求項12の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 14. 前記着色剤が、前記高分子物体の少なくとも1つの表面層に包含され ることを特徴とする請求項12の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 15.前記着色剤が、前記高分子物体の少なくとも1つの内部層と包含される ことを特徴とする請求項12の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 16. 少なくとも1つの表面層が擦過面または粗面を有することを特徴とす る請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 17. 少なくとも1つの表面層がエッチングされてマット仕上がりまたはピ ュータ仕上がりを呈することを特徴とする請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射 物体。 18. 少なくとも1つの表面層がエンボスされていることを特徴とする請求 項1の成形可能な多層反射物体。 19. 前記物体の外部層が内部層としてバリヤ層を含むことを特徴とする請 求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 20. 前記物体が少なくとも1つの主表面に永久的保護スキン層を含むこと を特徴とする請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 21. 前記物体を形材として押出すことを特徴とする請求項1の成形可能な 高分子多層反射物体。 22. 前記物体を形材に二次加工することを特徴とする請求項1の成形可能 な高分子多層反射物体。 23. 前記高分子物体がシート状であることを特徴とする請求項1の成形可 能な高分子多層反射物体。 24. 前記高分子物体を容器にブロー成形することを特徴とする請求項1の 成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 25. 前記高分子物体を照明器具、グローブやレフレクターにブロー成形す ることを特徴とする請求項1の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 26. 可視スペクトルの実質的な全範囲にわたり実質的に均一な反射外観を 呈し、少なくとも第1および第2の異種高分子物質を含み、物体に入射する可視 光の少なくとも40パーセントを反射させるように前記第1および第2高分子物 質の十分な数の交互層を含む成形可能な高分子多層反射物体で、該物体の個々の 層の大部分は、前記高分子物質の繰返し単位の光学的厚さの合計が約190nm を上回る範囲内の光学的厚さを有する物体において、該第1および第2高分子物 質は屈折率が互いに少なくとも約0.03異なり、さらに層が、前記光学的層の もっとも薄い繰返し単位およびもっとも厚い繰返し単位からの一次反射の波長が 少なくとも2倍異なるように、光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配を有すること を特徴とする成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 27. 前記高分子物質がエラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項26の 成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 28. 前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が380nmから2000n mの範囲にわたる実質的に連続な波長有効範囲を与える関数であることを特徴と する請求項26の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 29. 前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が一次関数であることを特徴 とする請求項26の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 30. 前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が四次関数であることを特徴 とす請求項26の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 31. 前記光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さの勾配が線状勾配上に付加され四次 関数であることを特徴とする請求項26の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 32. 前記物体の個々の層の大部分が、前記高分子物質の繰返し単位の光学 的厚さの合計が190nmないし1700nmである範囲内の光学的厚さを有す ることを特徴とする請求項26の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 33. 前記層が薄くなると前記物体の反射率が変化することを特徴とする請 求項26の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 34. 物体が少なくとも1000層を有することを特徴とする請求項26の 成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 35. 前記物体に入射する可視光の少なくとも80パーセントを反射させる ことを特徴とする請求項26の成形可能な高分子多層反射物体。 36. 光を異方に反射させ、偏光面の可視光の少なくとも50パーセントを 反射させるように、少なくとも第1および第2の異種高分子物質の重複層を含む 複屈折光偏光子で、該偏光子の個々の層の大部分は、前記高分子物質の繰返し単 位の光学的厚さの合計が約190 nmを上回る範囲内の光学的厚さを有する偏光子に おいて、該第1および第2高分子物質は、屈折率が互いに少なくとも約0.03 異 なり、さらに層が、少なくとも約1.25の予定絞り比の少なくとも 190nmから34 0 nmの光学的層の繰返し単位の厚さ倍の範囲にわたる光学的層の繰返し単位の 厚さ倍の勾配を有することを特徴とする複屈折光偏光子。 37. 可視スペクトルの実質的な全範囲にわたり実質的に均一な反射外観を 呈すると同時に、シートの表面全体に可変反射率を有し、少なくとも第1および 第2の異種高分子物質を含み、前記シートに入射する可視光の少なくとも一部分 を反射させるように前記第1および第2高分子物質の十分な数の交互層を含む成 形可能な高分子多層可変反射シートで、該シートの個々の層の大部分が、前記高 分子物質の繰返し単位の光学的厚さの合計が約 190nmを上回る範囲内の光学的 厚さを有するシートにおいて、該第1および第2高分子物質は、屈折率が互いに 少なくとも 0.03 異なり、さらに、個々の層は、前記シートに斜めに厚さが異な りかつ該層が、前記光学的層のもっとも薄い繰返し単位およびもっとも厚い繰返 し単位からの一次反射の波長が少なくとも2倍異なるような光学的層の繰返し単 位の厚さの勾配を有することを特徴とする成形可能な高分子多層可変反射シート 。
