Abstract
Description
− 一次光を発するよう適応される固体光源と、
− 前記一次光を受け取るよう配設され、前記一次光を二次光に変換することが可能な波長変換部材であって、前記波長変換部材及び前記固体光源が互いに間隔をおいて配置される波長変換部材と、
− 前記波長変換部材の光出力側に配設される無吸収部分透明反射器とを有する発光装置によって達成される。
− チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸バリウムストロンチウム、チタン酸ストロンチウム、チタン酸マグネシウム、チタン酸カルシウム、チタン酸ビスマス、チタン酸ネオジム、チタン酸マグネシウムカルシウウムシリコン及びチタン酸鉛などのチタン酸塩、
− ジルコン酸カルシウム、ジルコン酸バリウム及び酸化ジルコニウムなどのジルコン酸塩、
− 二酸化チタン、酸化スズ、スズ酸カルシウム、三酸化ビスマス、マグネシウム亜鉛ニオブ酸マグネシウムフッ化物、二酸化ケイ素、五酸化タンタル及び硫化亜鉛などの酸化材料を含む。
Claims (15)
- 一次光を発するよう適応される固体光源と、
前記一次光を受け取るよう配設され、前記一次光を二次光に変換することが可能な波長変換部材であって、前記波長変換部材及び前記固体光源が互いに間隔をおいて配置される波長変換部材と、
前記波長変換部材の光出力側に配設される無吸収部分透明反射器とを有する発光装置。 - 前記無吸収部分透明反射器が、400nmから800nmまでの波長範囲にわたって一様な光反射率を持つ請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記無吸収部分透明反射器が、無吸収層のスタックを有する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記無吸収層のスタックの各層が、400nmから800nmまでの波長範囲にわたって一様な反射率を持つ請求項2及び3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記無吸収部分透明反射器が、非金属製のものである請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記無吸収部分透明反射器が、誘電材料、ガラス及びプラスチック材料から選択される材料を有する無吸収層を少なくとも1つ有する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記プラスチック材料が、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びポリエチレンナフタレートから選択される請求項6に記載の発光装置。
- 前記無吸収部分透明反射器が、鏡面反射器である請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記無吸収部分透明反射器が、20%から60%までの範囲内の反射率を持つ請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 反射性底部及び少なくとも1つの反射性側壁によって規定される光混合チャンバを有する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記無吸収部分透明反射器が、光出射窓であって、光が前記光出射窓を通して前記光混合チャンバを出て行き得る光出射窓を形成する請求項10に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換部材が、前記無吸収部分透明反射器の、前記固体光源に面する面に配設される請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換部材が、前記反射性底部に配設され、前記固体光源が、前記反射性側壁に配設される請求項10に記載の発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置を有するランプ。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置を少なくとも1つ有する照明器具。
