Abstract
Description
box)の基部に配置したLED照明ユニットを使用することが適切である。LEDの発光表面は容器の光出射開口に向かって面しており、容器又は混合ボックスの側壁は可視スペクトル全体にわたって一般的に高度に反射性であり、それにより、可能な限り多くの光が、その光出射開口を通して容器から出ることができる。LEDは、可撓性であってもよいリードフレーム又はキャリア上に載置することができ、照明ユニットのために多くの可能な形状及び形態が許容される。例えば、数十個の赤色発光LEDを、1本の可撓性キャリア上に配置し、次いで、自動車の後部のカーブした形状に追従するように形成することにより、そのカーブさせたLED照明ユニットを車両のスタイリングラインに追従する後部照明ユニットとして使用することができる。
非点灯状態で照明ユニットを目立たせないようにする1つの方法は、車両の色にマッチする色を有する、照明ユニットの周囲に色付きのベゼル(bezel)を含むことである。しかしながら、これは全体的な費用を増大させ、かつ着色したベゼルは照明ユニットの白い外観を完全に隠すことはできない。
A1は、ハウジング内に光源を備えた照明装置を開示している。ハウジングの内壁には、着色紙で作られた反射要素が設けられている。

Claims (7)
- LED照明ユニットであって:
多数の部分反射容器側壁(120)を有する容器(12)と;
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)によって画定された光出口開口(11)と;
当該LED照明ユニット(1)のオン状態の間、前記光出口開口(11)を通して第1色(CLED)の光(L10)を出射するように前記容器(12)内に配置された多数の発光ダイオード(10)と;
を含み;
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)の材料特性が、
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)に第2非白色(CPG、CPY、CPB)を付与し、
当該LED照明ユニット(1)のオフ状態の間、第2非白色 (CPG、CPY、CPB)の光(L120)が前記光出口開口(11)を通って当該LED照明ユニット(1)から出射するように、可視スペクトルの少なくとも1つの特定の領域(S40、S41、S60、S70)の光を吸収する、
ように選択され;
前記発光ダイオード(10)は、複数の赤色発光ダイオード(10)を含み;
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)の材料特性は、
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)に緑色(CPG)を付与し、380〜480nmの波長範囲の可視スペクトルの第1特定領域(S40)の光を吸収し、540〜630nmの波長範囲の可視スペクトルの第2特定領域(S41)の光を吸収すること;
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)に黄色(CPY)を付与し、400〜520nmの波長範囲の可視スペクトルの第3特定領域(S60)の光を吸収すること;又は
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)に青色(CPY)を付与し、550nm〜640nmの波長範囲の可視スペクトルの第4特定領域(S70)の光を吸収すること;
のうちの1つを付与するように選択される、
LED照明ユニット。 - 前記部分反射容器側壁(120)は、下にある黒色材料に適用された分散ブラッグ反射器コーティングを含む、請求項1に記載のLED照明ユニット。
- 前記部分反射容器側壁(120)がSiO2及びZrO2材料の複数層を含む、請求項1に記載のLED照明ユニット。
- 前記部分反射容器側壁(120)が過マンガン酸カリウム顔料を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかの1項に記載のLED照明ユニット。
- 前記LED(10)を覆うように構成された可撓性の充填材(14)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のLED照明ユニット。
- 少なくとも前記容器(12)の材料は、当該LED照明ユニット(1)に可撓性を与えるのに十分に可撓性である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のLED照明ユニット。
- LED照明ユニットの製造方法であって:
光出口開口(11)を確定するように配置された多数の部分反射容器側壁(120)を有する容器(12)を製造する段階と;
当該LED照明ユニット(1)のオン状態の間、前記光出口開口(11)を通して第1色(CLED)の光(L10)を出射するように前記容器(12)内に多数の発光ダイオード(10)を配置する段階と;
を含み、
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)の材料特性が、
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)に第2非白色(CPG、CPY、CPB)を付与し、
当該LED照明ユニット(1)のオフ状態の間、第2非白色 (CPG、CPY、CPB)の光(L120)が前記光出口開口(11)を通って当該LED照明ユニット(1)から出射するように、可視スペクトルの少なくとも1つの特定の領域(S40、S41、S60、S70)の光を吸収する、
ように選択され;
前記発光ダイオード(10)は、複数の赤色発光ダイオード(10)を含み;
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)の材料特性は、
前記部分反射容器側壁(120)に緑色(CPG)を付与し、380〜480nmの波長範囲の可視スペクトルの第1特定領域(S40)の光を吸収し、540〜630nmの波長範囲の可視スペクトルの第2特定領域(S41)の光を吸収すること;
