Description
Claims (8)
- 1. ・前部及び後部ハウジング部(20、24)を有し、且つ圧力差が前・後面間に 発生させられることが可能な少なくとも1つの可動隔壁(32、34)をそなえ た、ブレーキ圧力ブースタ(12)と、・前記前部ハウジング部(20)に固定 され且つ少なくとも1つの通し穴(68)を有するフランジ(70)をそなえた 、マスタシリンダ(14)と、・前記フランジ(70)内の前記穴(68)を貫 通し、2つの前記ハウジング部(20、24)を貫通し、前記ブースタ(12) の前記可動隔壁(32、34)を貫通して延在する軸(54)と、前記前部ハウ ジング部(20)の前方に位置した頭部(52)と、モータビークルの仕切壁( 16)内に配置された定置ねじ山にねじ込まれるべき、前記後部ハウジング部( 24)の外に突き出るねじ付き部分(56)とをそなえた、少なくとも1本のボ ルト(50)と、 をそなえたモータビークルブレーキ用アクチュエータユニット(10)において 、 ・前端面(58)を有する中空の内部ねじ部材(26)が、前記前部ハウジング 部(20)に固定され、前記ボルト(50)の軸(54)が前記内部ねじ部材( 26)を貫通し、前記ボルトの前記頭部(52)が前記内部ねじ部材(26)の 前記前端面(58)上に当接し、 ・前記内部ねじ部材(26)と、前記ボルト(50)の前記頭部(52)の外径 よりもその内径が大きい中空の外部ねじ部材(60)との間で、前記フランジ( 70)が締め付けられ、 前記フランジ(70)内に形成された前記穴(68)の中に係合し且つ前記内部 ねじ部材(26)にねじ結合させられた、スリーブ状の延長部分(62)を前記 外部ねじ部材(60)が有する ことを特徴とするモータービークルブレーキ用アクチュエータユニット。
- 2.前記ボルト(50)の前記頭部(52)の少なくとも1部が、前記外部ねじ 部材(60)内に位置させられたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のアク チュエータユニット。
- 3.前記ボルト(50)の前記頭部(52)が、前記内部ねじ部材(26)と、 前記外部ねじ部材(60)にねじ結合させられたねじ蓋(72)との間で締め付 けられたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載のアクチュエータユニット。
- 4.前記ボルト(50)が後部ストッパ(74)をそなえ、該後部ストッパ(7 4)によって後部ハウジング部(24)に当接することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第3項記載のアクチュエータユニット。
- 5.前記後部ストッパ(74)が前記ボルト(50)の後部部分(56)上にナ ットのようにねじ込まれ、前記ブースタ(12)の内側に配置され、回転しない ようにロックされていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項記載のアクチュエー タユニット。
- 6.前記モータビークルの前記仕切壁(16)の中に前記ボルト(50)がねじ 込まれる前に前記ボルト(50)が前方に抜け落ちることを防止し、かつ、前記 ブースタ(12)の内側に配置されたぬけどめ体(78)に前記ボルト(50) が結合させられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項ないし第5項のいずれ か1項に記載のアクチュエータユニット。
- 7.前記ブースタ(12)内に配置され、かつ、前記前部及び後部ハウジング部 (20、24)の間に予め決められた距離を維持する管(30)の中を通って前 記ボルト(50)が延在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は同第2項に 記載のアクチュエータユニット。
- 8.前記管(30)が、前記後部ハウジング部(24)に固定された後部ねじ部 材(28)にねじ結合させられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項記載の アクチュエータユニット。
