Claims (12)
- 1.表面プラスモン共嗚法に基づき、及び少なくとも金属膜をその1つの側を照 射し、及び前記膜により反射される輻射線を検出するための光学装置のブロック ユニットと前記金属膜の他の側に試薬又は試料の溶液を輸送するための液体を 取り扱うためのブロックユニットとを含むバイオセンサーシステムに使用するセ ンサーユニットにおいて、バイオセンサー中で交換可能であり、及び前記金属膜 で被覆されている誘電体基体からなり、前記膜は液体取り扱いブロックユニット から発せられる液流中で直列又は並列の関係で配置されている2つ又はそれより 多い検出表面を持ち、前記検出表面の各々は少なくとも1つの官能基を含むこと を特徴とするセンサーユニット。
- 2.個々の検出表面は異なる官能基を持ち、これらの基は試料中に存在し、検出 される生体分子と相互作用する選択的又は特異的リガンドであることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサーユニット。
- 3.1つ又はそれより多い官能基を可逆的に検出表面に結合させ、検出表面は同 一又は他の官能基で再官能化させるため再生させることができることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項又は第2項のいずれか一項記載のセンサーユニット。
- 4.官能基は二官能性又は多官能性分子であり、前記官能分子をそれらの官能構 造の一つを介して基礎検出表面により支持される特異的官能基に結合させること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか一項記載のセンサーユニット 。
- 5.官能基と試料中に存在する生体分子との間の結合は選択的に可逆的であり、 官能化された表面は官能化されたセンサーユニットの反復する使用を可能にする ため前記生体分子を分裂させることにより再生され得ることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれか一項記載のセンサーユニット。
- 6.二官能性又は多官能性リガンドを含む試薬溶液の進行する流れは液流のため のブロックユニットによりそれぞれの検出表面に分配され、前記リガンドには前 記リガンドを検出表面上に固定化させ、標的分子との相互作用のため検出表面上 に露出される少なくとも1つより多い機能が存在することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項記載の検出表面を官能化させる方法。
- 7.各々特異的な官能基を含む検出表面は液体取扱いブロックユニットから発せ られて進行する液流中に配置され、及び各々のそれぞれの表面のための二官能性 又は多官能性リガンドを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載の官能化方 法。
- 8.試薬キットは同一の表面結合構造を持つが、アナライト結合構造が変化する 多数のキメラ分子からなることを特徴とする特異な官能基を支持するバイオセン サー検出表面の官能化用試薬キット。
- 9.表面共嗚法に基づくバイオセンサーシステムに使用される検出表面官能化の ための請求の範囲第8項記載の試薬キット。
- 10.生体分子の表面特性決定のための請求の箱囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか一 項記載のセンサーユニットの使用。
- 11.表面特性決定は診断目的のため実行することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 0項記載の方法。
- 12.各々がそれ自身の特異的官能基を持つ多数の検出表面を備え、及び生体分 子を含む試料溶液を検出表面と直列又は並列に接触させることを特徴とする生体 分子上のエピトープの数を検出するための請求の範囲第10項又は第11項のい ずれか一項記載の使用。
