Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、リン酸カルシウム鉱物を製造するための方法であっ
て: 未結合水を実質的に有さないリン酸、カルシウム源、前
記リン酸を実質的に中和するのに十分な量での、カーボ
ネート、ホスフェート及び水酸化物の少なくとも1つを
含む中和用アニオン及び混練可能な生成物を提供するた
めの量の水を混合し;実質的に均質の混合物を製造する
ために前記混合物を撹拌し;そして その混合物を硬化し、そして加工できる硬い構造体にア
ニールすることを含んで成る方法。 2、リン酸カルシウム結晶を、前記混合段階で混合する
請求項1記載の方法。 3、前記リン酸がオルトリン酸結晶である請求項1記載
の方法。 4、前記乾燥成分、オルトリン酸及びカルシウム源が、
他の湿潤成分と混合する前、予備混合され又は前記カル
シウム源及び水が、前記リン酸と混合する前、予備混合
される請求項3記載の方法。 5、前記カルシウム源が、炭酸カルシウムとして少なく
とも一部存在する請求項1記載の方法。 6、タンパク質を、前記混合段階で混合する請求項1記
載の方法。 7、ヒドロキシリン灰石を製造するための方法であって
: オルトリン酸結晶、実質的な中和生成物を提供するため
の量での、炭酸カルシウム、アルカリ金属水酸化物、水
酸化カルシウム又はリン酸カルシウムの少なくとも1つ
を含む中和用アニオン及び混練可能な混合物を提供する
ための量の水を混合し; 実質的に均質の混合物を製造するために前記混合物を撹
拌し;そして その混合物を硬化し、そして加工できる硬い構造体に熟
成することを含んで成る方法。 8、前記オルトリン酸結晶及び中和源が均質の混合物に
予備混合される請求項7記載の方法。 9、前記オルトリン酸結晶が6〜15重量部で存在し、
そして前記炭酸カルシウムが約6〜15重量部で存在す
る請求項8記載の方法。 10、前記熟成が骨内で生じる請求項7記載の方法。 11、弗化物又は塩化物の源が、ヒドロキシリン灰石の
ヒドロキシル基の少なくとも10%を置換するために前
記混合物に含まれる請求項7記載の方法。 12、CaSiF_6、Na_2SiF_6、NaF又

に含まれる請求項11記載の方法。 13、0.2〜2重量部のコラーゲンが、前記混合段階

ルシウム源と共に含まれ、ここで前記HF又はHClは

る成形物。 22、前記リン酸カルシウムがタンパク質を含んで成る
