- 前記迅速挿入型中心静脈カテーテルは、前記遠位管腔内に配置された操作ガイドワイヤをさらに備え、前記操作ガイドワイヤは、前記操作ガイドワイヤを心臓の上大静脈の下方3分の1まで延在させるのに十分な長さを有し、前記操作ガイドワイヤは、前記操作ガイドワイヤの近位端部分のまわりの停止部と、ルアーコネクタに結合された固定長の操作ガイドワイヤ滅菌バリアの閉鎖端とによって、前記迅速挿入型中心静脈カテーテル内に捕捉されるように配置され、前記停止部は、前記操作ガイドワイヤを前進させる際の遠位限界を提供し、前記操作ガイドワイヤのまわりの前記操作ガイドワイヤ滅菌バリアの前記閉鎖端は、前記操作ガイドワイヤを引き抜く際の近位限界を提供する、請求項12又は13に記載の迅速挿入型中心静脈カテーテルアセンブリ。
