Claims (13)
- 可撓性を有し、針状管体ルーメンが軸方向に延びるように設けられて、体内に挿入される本体チューブと、
所定の薬液が流通可能な内孔を備えた、可撓性を有する細管からなり、且つ前記本体チューブの前記針状管体ルーメン内に移動可能に挿入されて、先端部が、該本体チューブに設けられた突出孔から外部に突出せしめられて、体内の所定の組織に穿刺されることにより、前記内孔を通じて、前記薬液を該体内組織に注入する針状管体と、
前記本体チューブの軸方向に延び、且つ遠位側開口部が前記本体チューブの遠位部に開口すると共に、近位側開口部が前記本体チューブの側面に開口し、前記遠位側開口部と前記近位側開口部とが前記突出孔を挟んで開口する、第一ガイドワイヤを移動可能に挿通させるための第一ガイドワイヤルーメンと、
前記本体チューブの軸方向に延び、且つ遠位側開口部と近位側開口部とが、前記本体チューブの側面に開口すると共に、前記突出孔よりも近位側で軸方向に所定距離を隔ててそれぞれ開口する、第二ガイドワイヤを移動可能に挿通させるための第二ガイドワイヤルーメンと、
前記本体チューブから分岐して延びるように設けられると共に、内部に、前記第二ガイドワイヤルーメンの前記遠位側開口部を通じて該第二ガイドワイヤルーメンに連通する連通ルーメンが設けられて、該連通ルーメン内に、該第二ガイドワイヤルーメンの該遠位側開口部から延出せしめられる前記第二ガイドワイヤの延出部分が移動可能に挿通されることにより、該延出部分を支持する、先端が自由端とされた、可撓性を有するサポートチューブと、
を含んで構成したことを特徴とする薬液注入装置。 - 前記第一ガイドワイヤルーメンの前記近位側開口部が、前記第二ガイドワイヤルーメンの前記遠位側開口部よりも近位側に位置せしめられることにより、前記針状管体ルーメンと該第一ガイドワイヤルーメンと該第二ガイドワイヤルーメンとが並行して形成されている請求項1に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記針状管体ルーメンと該第一ガイドワイヤルーメンと該第二ガイドワイヤルーメンとが並行して配置された部分が、少なくとも10mmの長さを有している請求項2に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記第一ガイドワイヤルーメンの前記近位側開口部が、前記第二ガイドワイヤルーメンの前記遠位側開口部よりも近位側に位置せしめられると共に、前記第二ガイドワイヤルーメンの近位側開口部よりも遠位側に位置せしめられている請求項1乃至請求項3のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記第二ガイドワイヤルーメンが、少なくとも20mmの長さを有している請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記第二ガイドワイヤルーメンと前記連通ルーメンとの合計長さが、200mm以下とされている請求項1乃至請求項5のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記本体チューブが、内側樹脂層と、該内側樹脂層とは特性の異なる外側樹脂層とが積層されてなる複層部分を含んで構成されている請求項1乃至請求項6のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記本体チューブが、内側樹脂層の外側に、樹脂製又は金属製の編組からなる補強層が積層された複層構造を有している請求項1乃至請求項7のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記本体チューブが、近位側から遠位側に向かうに従って、徐々に又は段階的に柔軟性が高くなる構造をもって構成されている請求項1乃至請求項8のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記サポートチューブが、10〜40mmの長さを有している請求項1乃至請求項9のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記サポートチューブにおける前記自由端とされた先端側部分が、その基部側部分よりも高い柔軟性を有する構造をもって構成されている請求項1乃至請求項10のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記サポートチューブの前記先端側部分が、柔軟性を有する柔軟樹脂層のみからなる単層構造を有する一方、前記基部側部分が、該柔軟樹脂層の内側又は外側に、該柔軟樹脂層よりも剛性の高い樹脂層が積層された複層構造を有することにより、該先端側部分が、該基部側部分よりも高い柔軟性を有するように構成されている請求項11に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記サポートチューブの遠位端側部位に、放射線不透過材からなるマーカー部が、位置固定に設けられている請求項1乃至請求項12のうちの何れか1項に記載の薬液注入装置。
