Claims (4)
- 相対的に回転する内側部材と外側部材との間に配置され、前記内側部材と前記外側部材との間の間隙を封止する密封装置であって、
前記外側部材に取り付けられる円筒部分と、前記円筒部分から前記内側部材に向けて径方向内側に広がる環状部分とを有する、軸線周りに環状の第1のシール部材と、
前記内側部材に取り付けられるスリーブと、前記スリーブから径方向外側に広がるフランジとを有しており、前記フランジが前記第1のシール部材の前記環状部分と対向する、前記軸線周りに環状の第2のシール部材とを有し、
前記第1のシール部材は、前記環状部分から前記第2のシール部材の前記フランジに向けて延びる、弾性材料で形成された少なくとも3つの前記軸線周りに環状のアキシャルリップを有し、
前記少なくとも3つのアキシャルリップはそれぞれ、内周面にグリースが付着される部分を有しており、
各前記アキシャルリップの前記内周面の前記グリースが付着される部分の少なくとも一部は、前記軸線側から径方向に見て、他の前記アキシャルリップによって隠れていない
ことを特徴とする密封装置。 - 各前記アキシャルリップの前記内周面の前記グリースが付着される部分は、前記アキシャルリップの先端部における前記内周面の部分である
請求項1に記載の密封装置。 - 各前記アキシャルリップの高さは、径方向内側に配置された他の前記アキシャルリップの高さよりも高い
請求項1又は2に記載の密封装置。 - 各前記アキシャルリップの前記内周面の前記グリースが付着される部分の少なくとも一部は、前記アキシャルリップが向かう側から前記軸線方向に見て、他の前記アキシャルリップによって隠れていない
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の密封装置。
