Claims (2)
- シャフト;
前記シャフトが挿入されるホールを含むロータ;および
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータを含み、
前記ステータは複数個のステータユニットが円周方向に沿って配置されて形成され、
前記ステータユニットは
ステータコア、
前記ステータコアに巻線され、断面が四角形状の偏角コイルであるコイル、および
前記ステータコアと前記コイルの間に配置されるインシュレータを含み、
前記ステータコアは中心(C)を基準として半径方向に配置される支持部および前記支持部の両側面から円周方向にそれぞれ突出するように配置され、前記コイルが巻線されるコイル巻線部を含み、
前記支持部と前記コイル巻線部は十字状に配置され、
前記コイル巻線部の幅(W1)は前記支持部の幅(W2)の0.55~0.65であり、
仮想の点(C)を基準として、前記コイル巻線部の中心までの半径(STCR)は下記の式によって求められる、モータ。
(STOR:仮想の点(C)を基準として前記支持部の外側までの半径、STIR:仮想の点(C)を基準として前記支持部の内側までの半径) - 複数個の前記ステータユニットが円周方向に配置されることにより、前記コイル巻線部を基準として外側に第1スロットが形成され、内側に第2スロットが形成される、請求項1に記載のモータ。
