Description
[1]フラットヤーンクロスからなる基材層と、
前記基材層の一方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第1のフィルム層と、
前記基材層の他方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第2のフィルム層と、
前記第2のフィルム層の前記基材層と反対側の面に積層された粘着剤層とを有し、
前記第1のフィルム層及び前記第2のフィルム層が共に顔料を含有する、粘着テープ。
[2]前記第1のフィルム層における前記顔料の含有量及び前記第2のフィルム層における前記顔料の含有量が共に1~10重量%である[1]に記載の粘着テープ。
[3]前記顔料がカーボンブラックである[1]または[2]に記載の粘着テープ。
[4]前記第1のフィルム層の厚み及び前記第2のフィルム層の厚みが共に10~100μmである[1]~[3]のいずれか1つに記載の粘着テープ。
[5]前記粘着剤層が粘着剤組成物からなり、前記粘着剤組成物がアクリル系重合体(a)及び架橋剤(b)を含有し、前記粘着剤層のゲル分率が20~80重量%である[1]~[4]のいずれか1つに記載の粘着テープ。
[6]織布または不織布からなる基材層と、
前記基材層の一方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第1のフィルム層と、
前記基材層の他方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第2のフィルム層と、
前記第2のフィルム層の前記基材層と反対側の面に積層された粘着剤層とを有し、
前記第1のフィルム層及び前記第2のフィルム層が共に顔料を含有し、
前記第1のフィルム層が含有する顔料が黒色顔料である粘着テープ。

なお、本発明において、(メタ)アクリレートとはアクリレート又はメタクリレートを、(メタ)アクリルとはアクリル又はメタクリルを、(メタ)アクリロイルとはアクリロイル又はメタクリロイルを意味する。
[基材層]
本発明の粘着テープはフラットヤーンクロスからなる基材層を有する。
また本発明の粘着テープはフラットヤーンクロスからなる基材層の一方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第1のフィルム層と、基材層の他方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第2のフィルム層を有する。
本発明の粘着テープでは、第2のフィルム層の基材層と反対側の面に粘着剤層が積層されている。かかる粘着剤層は、粘着剤組成物が架橋されて形成されるものであり、粘着剤組成物は、アクリル系重合体(a)を含有することが好ましい。

〔1〕第2のフィルム層の基材層と反対側の面に、粘着剤組成物を塗布、乾燥した後、離型シートを貼合し、常温または加温状態でのエージング処理を行なう方法、
〔2〕離型シート上に、粘着剤組成物を塗布、乾燥した後、第2のフィルム層の基材層と反対側の面に貼合し、常温または加温状態でのエージング処理を行なう方法等がある。
[基材層]
本発明の粘着テープは織布または不織布からなる基材層を有する。織布としては、公知のものを使用することができる。具体的には、例えば、ポリエステル繊維、ポリアミド繊維、ポリオレフィン繊維、ポリアクリル繊維等の合成繊維、或いは、木綿、麻等の天然繊維等の平織、綾織、朱子織等の織布、或いは、編布、フラットヤーンクロスが挙げられる。なかでも、手切れ性とテープ強度が共に良好となる点でフラットヤーンクロスが好ましい。
また本発明の粘着テープは基材層の一方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第1のフィルム層と、基材層の他方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第2のフィルム層を有する。
本発明の粘着テープでは、第2のフィルム層の基材層と反対側の面に粘着剤層が積層されている。かかる粘着剤層は、粘着剤組成物が架橋されて形成されるものであり、粘着剤組成物は、アクリル系重合体(a)を含有することが好ましい。

〔1〕第2のフィルム層の基材層と反対側の面に、粘着剤組成物を塗布、乾燥した後、離型シートを貼合し、常温または加温状態でのエージング処理を行なう方法、
〔2〕離型シート上に、粘着剤組成物を塗布、乾燥した後、第2のフィルム層の基材層と反対側の面に貼合し、常温または加温状態でのエージング処理を行なう方法等がある。
アクリル系樹脂(a)のガラス転移温度については前述のFoxの式を用いて算出し、アクリル系樹脂(a)を構成するモノマーのホモポリマーとした際のガラス転移温度は通常DSC(示差走査熱量測定)により測定された文献値及びカタログ記載値を用いた。
還流冷却器、撹拌器、窒素ガスの吹き込み口及び温度計を備えた4ツ口丸底フラスコに酢酸エチルを30部、重合触媒としてアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)を0.02部仕込み、撹拌しながら昇温し、内温が78度で安定した段階で、共重合成分として、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレートを93部、酢酸ビニルを5部、アクリル酸を2部、重合開始剤としてアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)を0.015部混合溶解させた混合物を、2時間にわたって滴下し、還流下で反応させた。次いで、反応開始から7時間後に酢酸エチルを20部投入し、その後、粘着付与剤としてスーパーエステルA-75(荒川化学工業株式会社製)を5部投入して、酢酸エチル56部にて希釈してアクリル系樹脂(a-1)溶液(固形分53.0%、粘度10000mPa・s/25℃)を得た。
アクリル系樹脂(a-1)に架橋剤(b)としてテトラッドC(三菱ガス化学株式会社製)をアクリル系樹脂の固形分100部に対して0.37部添加して粘着剤組成物を得た。
<テープ基材の調製>
高密度ポリエチレンからなる経糸と、高密度ポリエチレンからなる緯糸をウォータージェット機によって、平織織布として、フラットヤーンクロスを得て基材層とした。
上記で得られたテープ基材中の第2のフィルム層に、上記の粘着剤組成物を乾燥後の厚みが50μmとなる様に塗布し、80℃で5分乾燥した後、40℃で7日間エージングし、幅50mmに裁断して粘着テープを得た。粘着テープの粘着剤層のゲル分率を測定したところ43重量%であった。
日本分光社製分光光度計V-7200を用いて、得られた粘着テープの波長400nmにおけるUV透過率を積算回数16回で測定し、下記基準に基づき評価した。その結果を表1に示す。

株式会社島津製作所社製オートグラフAG-XPlusを用いて、得られた粘着テープの引張強度、破断伸びを引張速度50mm/分で測定し、下記基準に基づき評価した。その結果を表1に示す。

△・・・165N/25mm以上180N/25mm未満
×・・・165N/25mm未満
○・・・20mm以上
×・・・20mm未満
テープ基材を5cm×5cmのフィルムに裁断し、第1のフィルム層が上になる様に水平な台に置いた状態で、70℃で30分の熱処理を行った。その時の4つの角の浮き上がった高さを測定し、その平均値を求め、下記基準に基づきカール性を評価した。その結果を表1に示す。なお、テープ基材におけるカール性は、粘着剤層を有する粘着テープにおけるカール性と相関すると推定できる。

実施例1において、第1のフィルム層にのみ4重量%のカーボンブラックを含有し、第2のフィルム層にはカーボンブラックを含有しないテープ基材を用いた以外は同様にして粘着テープを得て、評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、第1のフィルム層のカーボンブラックの含有量が8重量%(実施例1の2倍)で、第2のフィルム層にはカーボンブラックを含有しないテープ基材を用いた以外は同様にして粘着テープを得て、評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、第1のフィルム層の厚みが80μm(実施例1の2倍)で、第2のフィルム層にはカーボンブラックを含有しないテープ基材を用いた以外は同様にして粘着テープを得て、評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。
Claims (13)
- フラットヤーンクロスからなる基材層と、
前記基材層の一方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第1のフィルム層と、
前記基材層の他方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第2のフィルム層と、
前記第2のフィルム層の前記基材層と反対側の面に積層された粘着剤層とを有し、
前記第1のフィルム層及び前記第2のフィルム層が共に黒色顔料を含有する、粘着テープ。 - 前記第1のフィルム層における前記黒色顔料の含有量及び前記第2のフィルム層における前記黒色顔料の含有量が共に1~10重量%である請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記黒色顔料がカーボンブラックである請求項1または2に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記第1のフィルム層の厚み及び前記第2のフィルム層の厚みが共に10~100μmである請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着剤層が粘着剤組成物からなり、前記粘着剤組成物がアクリル系重合体(a)及び架橋剤(b)を含有し、前記粘着剤層のゲル分率が20~80重量%である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- フラットヤーンクロスからなる基材層と、
前記基材層の一方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第1のフィルム層と、
前記基材層の他方の面に積層された熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる第2のフィルム層と、
前記第2のフィルム層の前記基材層と反対側の面に積層された粘着剤層とを有し、
前記第1のフィルム層及び前記第2のフィルム層が共に顔料を含有し、
前記第1のフィルム層及び前記第2のフィルム層が含有する顔料が黒色顔料である粘着テープ。 - 前記第1のフィルム層における前記黒色顔料の含有量が1~10重量%である請求項6に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記第2のフィルム層における前記黒色顔料の含有量が1~10重量%である請求項6または7に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記黒色顔料がカーボンブラックである請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記第1のフィルム層の厚みが10~100μmである請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記第1のフィルム層の厚みと前記第2のフィルム層の厚みの比(前記第1のフィルム層の厚み/前記第2のフィルム層の厚み)が2未満である請求項6~10のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着剤層が粘着剤組成物からなり、前記粘着剤組成物がアクリル系重合体(a)及び架橋剤(b)を含有し、前記粘着剤層のゲル分率が20~80重量%である請求項6~11のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 引張強度が180N/25mm以上、破断伸びが20mm以上である、請求項6~12のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
