Claims (4)
- 低酸素状態で被処理物をロストル上で熱分解する熱分解部を有する処理炉と、
前記処理炉内で発生した排ガスを浄化する浄化装置とを有し、
前記浄化装置は、
水が貯留され、上部に空気溜まり部が形成される浄化水槽と、
前記浄化水槽の上部に接続され、前記処理炉から吸入した排ガスを一次浄化する一次浄化槽であり、前記処理炉の上部から煙道を通じて流入する排ガスに対して水を噴射する一次浄化槽と、
前記浄化水槽の前記空気溜まり部から空気を吸い上げて前記一次浄化槽へ戻す配管と、
前記浄化水槽の上部に接続され、前記一次浄化槽により浄化した空気を二次浄化する二次浄化槽であり、前記浄化水槽の前記空気溜まり部から吸い上げた空気に対して水を噴射する二次浄化槽と、
前記二次浄化槽を通過した空気を前記処理炉内へ送り込む返送配管に接続され、前記返送配管により送り込まれる空気を前記処理炉内の前記ロストルの下方空間へ略均等に吐出する空気吐出管と
を含み、
前記処理炉内において排出した排ガスは、前記処理炉の上部から前記煙道を通じて前記一次浄化槽、前記浄化水槽および前記二次浄化槽により浄化され、前記返送配管を通じて前記処理炉内の前記ロストルの下方空間へ戻され、大気放出されることがない熱分解装置。 - 前記二次浄化槽と前記返送配管との間に設けられ、前記浄化水槽の上部に接続された循環浄化槽であり、前記二次浄化槽を通過した空気に対して水を噴射する循環浄化槽を含む請求項1記載の熱分解装置。
- 前記処理炉は、前記熱分解部の上部に、前記熱分解部から上昇する熱により前記被処理物を乾燥する乾燥部を有するものである請求項1または2に記載の熱分解装置。
- 前記被処理物を前記処理炉の上部から自動的に投入する投入装置であり、
前記処理炉の上部に接続され、上方から供給される前記被処理物を前記処理炉内に投下する筒状部と、
前記筒状部の上下に所定間隔で設けられ、前記筒状部内を開閉する上下一対のダンパーであり、一定の時間間隔で交互に開閉するダンパーと
を有する投入装置を含む請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱分解装置。
