Description
第1の通気チャネルが、装飾層の厚さよりも厚い深さを有し、第1の通気チャネルが接着層で充填されることを阻害し、第1の通気チャネルが装飾層からガス又は蒸気の少なくとも一方を排出して、ガス又は蒸気の少なくとも一方が装飾層に圧力をかけることを抑止し、外側樹脂層から装飾層の一部が剥離することを抑止する、方法。
ツールであって、
パネルの外側樹脂層と係合し、パネルの外側樹脂層に沿って移動する外面と、
外面に画定され、ツールが外側樹脂層に沿って移動したときにパネルの外側樹脂層に一又は複数の通気チャネルを形成する突出部と
を含むツールを備え、
突出部によって形成された通気チャネルは、接着層を介してパネルに結合される装飾層からガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方を排出し、ガス及び/又は蒸気の少なくとも一方が装飾層に圧力をかけることを抑止して、外側樹脂層から装飾層の一部が剥離することを抑止し、
突出部は通気チャネルの第2の深さを画定する第1の深さを有し、
第2の深さは、接着層の厚さよりも大きく、通気チャネルが接着層で充填されることを阻害する、装置。
Claims (17)
- 突出部(408)を有するツール(400)の外面(404)をパネルの外側樹脂層に接触させることであって、前記外面(404)は前記ツール(400)の本体の外周を画定し、前記突出部(408)は前記本体の前記外周の周囲で前記外面(404)に沿って途切れずに前記本体の軸方向に対して垂直に延在する、外面(404)を接触させることと、
前記ツールの前記突出部に、第1の通気チャネル(300)を前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に形成させるように、前記ツールの前記外面(404)を前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層上で第1の方向に移動させることと、
接着層を介して装飾層(306)を前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に結合させることと
を含み、
前記第1の通気チャネルが、前記接着層の厚さよりも大きい深さを有し、前記第1の通気チャネル(300)が前記接着層で充填されることを阻害し、前記第1の通気チャネルが前記装飾層(306)からガス又は蒸気の少なくとも一方を排出し、ガス又は蒸気の少なくとも一方が前記装飾層に圧力をかけることを抑止し、前記外側樹脂層から前記装飾層の一部が剥離することを抑止し、
前記接着層(320)を前記外側樹脂層から除去することによって、前記装飾層(306)を前記パネルから引き離すことと、
前記ツール(400)を介して前記外側樹脂層上の前記第1の通気チャネル(300)のいずれかを修理することと、
前記接着層を前記外側樹脂層に再適用することによって、引き離した前記装飾層を前記パネルに再結合させることとを更に含む、方法。 - 前記ツール(400)の前記外面(404)を前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層上で移動させることは、前記ツールを前記外側樹脂層に沿って前記第1の方向に回転させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ツール(400)を前記第1の方向に回転させることにより、前記突出部(408)が、前記外側樹脂層に沿って前記第1の方向に延在する前記第1の通気チャネル(300)を形成する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層上で前記ツールの前記外面を移動させることは、前記第1の方向に延在する前記第1の通気チャネルを形成するために、前記ツールの前記外面を前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に沿って前記第1の方向に滑動させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス又は蒸気の少なくとも一方が前記装飾層(306)に到達することを更に抑止して、前記外側樹脂層から前記装飾層の一部が剥離することを抑止するために、前記ツール(400)の前記外面(404)を前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に接触させることの前に、前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に吸湿材のコーティング(312)を塗布することを更に含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の通気チャネル(300)が形成されたときに、
前記ツール(400)を前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層上に再配置することと、
前記ツールの前記突出部(408)が前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に第2の通気チャネルを形成するように、前記ツール(400)の前記外面(404)を前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層上で移動させることと
を更に含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の通気チャネルを形成するために前記ツール(400)の前記外面(404)を移動させることは、前記第1の方向に延在する前記第2の通気チャネルを形成することを含み、前記第2の通気チャネルは、前記第1の通気チャネルから間隔を置いて配置される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ツール(400)を再配置することは、前記外側樹脂層に対する前記ツールの方位を変更することを含み、前記第2の通気チャネルを形成するために前記ツールの前記外面を移動させることは、前記第1の方向とは異なる第2の方向に延在する前記第2の通気チャネルを形成することを含み、前記第2の通気チャネルは前記第1の通気チャネル(300)と交差する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 装置であって、
ツール(400)であって、
前記ツール(400)の本体の外周を画定し、パネルの外側樹脂層と係合し、パネルの外側樹脂層に沿って移動する外面(404)と、
前記外面(404)に画定され、前記ツールが前記外側樹脂層に沿って移動したときに前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に一又は複数の通気チャネルを形成し、前記本体の前記外周の周囲で前記外面(404)に沿って途切れずに前記本体の軸方向に対して垂直に延在する突出部(408)と
を含むツール(400)を備え、
前記突出部によって形成された前記通気チャネルは、接着層を介して前記パネルに結合される装飾層からガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方を排出し、ガス及び/又は蒸気の少なくとも一方が前記装飾層に圧力をかけることを抑止して、前記外側樹脂層から前記装飾層の一部が剥離することを抑止し、
前記突出部は、前記通気チャネルの第2の深さを画定する第1の長さを有し、前記第2の深さは、前記接着層の厚さよりも大きく、前記通気チャネルが前記接着層で充填されることを阻害し、
前記ツールが、現場環境において前記通気チャネルを形成することを可能にするハンドヘルド機器である、装置。 - 前記ツール(450)が、前記外側樹脂層上を移動して前記通気チャネルを形成するために、縦軸周囲で回転するローラである、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記ツールが、前記突出部(910)を画定するベルト(900)を含み、ベルトは、前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に沿って滑動して前記通気チャネルを形成する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記ツールが、通気チャネルと交差するチャネルを形成するために、前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層上に再配置可能である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記突出部が、弓形断面又は多角形断面のうちの少なくとも1つを有し、これにより前記通気チャネルによって形成された前記通気チャネルが弓形断面又は多角形断面のうちの少なくとも1つを有することが可能になる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 本体の外周を画定し、パネルの外側樹脂層と係合する外面と、
前記本体の前記外周の周囲で前記外面に沿って途切れずに前記本体の軸方向に対して垂直に延在する突出部により、前記外側樹脂層に通気チャネルを形成する手段とを備え、
前記外面が前記外側樹脂層に沿って移動するにつれて、前記形成する手段が前記外側樹脂層に一又は複数の通気チャネルを形成し、
前記形成する手段によって形成された前記通気チャネルは、前記パネルの装飾層からガス又は蒸気の少なくとも一方を排出し、ガス又は蒸気の少なくとも一方が前記装飾層に圧力をかけることを抑止して、前記装飾層の一部が前記外側樹脂層から剥離することを抑止し、
前記通気チャネルは、接着層の厚さよりも大きい深さを有し、前記通気チャネルが前記接着層で充填されることを阻害し、
前記本体が、現場環境において前記通気チャネルを形成することを可能にするハンドヘルド機器である、装置。 - 前記本体が、前記突出部(910)を画定するベルト(900)を含み、ベルトは、前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層に沿って滑動して前記通気チャネルを形成する、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記本体が、通気チャネルと交差するチャネルを形成するために、前記パネルの前記外側樹脂層上に再配置可能である、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記突出部が、弓形断面又は多角形断面のうちの少なくとも1つを有し、これにより前記通気チャネルによって形成された前記通気チャネルが弓形断面又は多角形断面のうちの少なくとも1つを有することが可能になる、請求項14に記載の装置。
