前記コア層(306)と前記装飾層(304)の間に配置され、前記第1の補強層(402)に結合され、かつポリフッ化ビニル膜であるバリア層(302)であって、ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方が前記コア層(306)から前記装飾層(304)へと漏出するのを阻害し、それによってガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方が前記装飾層に対して圧力をかけることを抑止し、それによって前記装飾層の一部が前記パネル(308)から剥離することを抑止するバリア層(302)

前記繊維補強層(322)に結合された前記第2の樹脂層に結合されたバリア層(302)
を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - パネルを備える装置を製造するための方法であって、
バリア層をコア層の第1の表面に結合することを含む、前記バリア層を前記パネルの前記コア層に結合すること、
第1の補強層を前記コア層に結合すること、及び
装飾層を前記コア層に結合された前記バリア層に結合することであって、前記バリア層は、ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方が前記コア層から前記装飾層へと漏出するのを阻害し、それによって前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方が前記装飾層に対して圧力をかけることを抑止し、それによって前記装飾層の一部が前記パネルから剥離することを抑止する、装飾層をコア層に結合されたバリア層に結合すること、及び
前記コア層の前記第1の表面に結合された前記バリア層をスイープまたは研磨し、それによって前記バリア層の第2の表面を平滑化し、それによって前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方が前記装飾層に圧力をかけることをさらに抑止すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記バリア層の前記第2の表面の一部を封止するために封止層を付けることをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- パネルを備える装置を製造するための方法であって、
バリア層を前記パネルのコア層に結合すること、
第1の補強層を前記コア層に結合すること、及び
装飾層を前記コア層に結合された前記バリア層に結合することであって、前記バリア層は、ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方が前記コア層から前記装飾層へと漏出するのを阻害し、それによって前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも一方が前記装飾層に対して圧力をかけることを抑止し、それによって前記装飾層の一部が前記パネルから剥離することを抑止する、装飾層をコア層に結合されたバリア層に結合すること

前記バリア層と繊維補強層を含む補強層を形成することと、
前記バリア層を前記コア層に結合するため、前記補強層を前記コア層に結合することと
によってパネルを形成することをさらに含む、方法。 - 前記補強層を形成することが、繊維補強層を第1の樹脂層に結合することと、
