Description
Claims (15)
- パネル(404)の第1の表面に係合するホットプレス(400;500)の第1のプレスプレート(300)を備える装置であって、
前記ホットプレス(400)が前記パネル(404)の樹脂を硬化するため、前記第1のプレスプレート(300)を介して前記パネル(404)に熱を加え、前記パネル(404)に結合される装飾層(602)に、ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが圧力を及ぼすのを抑止して、前記パネル(404)から前記装飾層(602)の一部が剥離するのを抑止するため、前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の第1の部分(302)が、前記パネルからガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除くための透過性材料からなり、
前記透過性材料が水蒸気の通過を可能にし、液状の樹脂の通過を抑止し、
前記第1のプレスプレート(300)が前記パネル(404)に係合するとき、前記透過性材料が前記パネル(404)に接触するように、前記第1の部分(302)が前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外表面(318)上に配置され、
前記第1のプレスプレート(300)がさらに、水蒸気及び液状の樹脂が通過するのを抑止する低透過性材料からなる第2の部分(304)を含み、前記第1の部分(302)と前記第2の部分(304)が前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外表面(318)を形成し、
前記第2の部分(304)は、前記外表面(318)に沿って延在する1つまたは複数の換気チャネル(306、308)を画定し、前記第1の部分(302)は前記換気チャネル(306、308)内に配置され、前記換気チャネル(306、308)は前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外側エッジまで延在し、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記パネル(404)から出ることを可能にする、装置。 - 水分を捕捉し、前記パネル(404)に結合される前記装飾層(602)にガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが圧力を及ぼすのをさらに抑止するため、前記第1のプレスプレート(300)に塗布される水分吸収材料(604)の被覆をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の部分(302)と前記第2の部分(304)によって形成される前記外表面(318)が平坦になるように、前記第1の部分(302)は前記換気チャネル(306、308)を満たし、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネル(404)から換気するため、前記第1の部分(302)の前記透過性材料は、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記換気チャネル(306、308)内に配置された前記第1の部分(302)を通過できるようにし、前記第1のプレスプレート(300)が前記パネル(404)の前記第1の表面(410)上に突起(702、704)を形成するのを抑止するため、前記外表面(318)は平坦である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の前記外表面(318)上に形成された前記換気チャネル(306、308)が、前記パネル(404)の前記第1の表面(410)上に突起(702、704)を形成できるようにするため、前記第1の部分(302)は前記換気チャネル(306、308)を部分的に満たす、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の前記第1の部分(302)は、
前記パネル(404)の前記第1の表面に係合する液耐性層(802)と、
前記パネル(404)に係合する前記液耐性層(802)に係合する透過性層(804)とを含み、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネル(404)から取り除くことができるように、前記透過性層(804)と前記液耐性層(802)は、前記ガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが通過できるようにし、前記パネル(404)の液状樹脂が前記透過性材料を通過するのを阻止する前記液耐性層(802)は、前記ガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記透過性層(804)を透過するのを前記液状の樹脂が抑止するのを阻止する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記液耐性層(802)は2軸延伸のポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなり、前記透過性層(804)は多孔性金属材料、多孔性セラミック材料または連続気泡ポリマーフォームのうちの少なくとも1つからなる、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記パネル(404)から前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに取り除くため、前記第1の表面(410)の反対側の前記パネル(404)の第2の表面(506)に係合する前記ホットプレス(500)の第2のプレスプレート(502)をさらに含み、前記第2のプレスプレート(502)が第1のプレスプレート(300)と同じ構成を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- ホットプレス(400;500)の第1のプレスプレート(300)をパネル(404)の第1の表面(410)に接触させることであって、第1の部分(302)が前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外表面(318)上に配置され、ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを通過させることができる透過性材料からなり、前記透過性材料が水蒸気の通過を可能にし、液状の樹脂の通過を抑止し、前記第1のプレスプレート(300)がさらに、水蒸気及び液状の樹脂が通過するのを抑止する低透過性材料からなる第2の部分(304)を含み、前記第1の部分(302)と前記第2の部分(304)が前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外表面(318)を形成する、接触させることと、
前記パネル(404)の樹脂を硬化させるため、前記第1のプレスプレート(300)を介して、前記パネル(404)に熱を加えることと、

前記透過性材料を介して、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネル(404)から取り除くことは、前記透過性材料を通して前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを換気することを含み、前記透過性材料は前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外表面(318)によって画定される1つまたは複数の換気チャネル(306、308)内に配置され、前記換気チャネル(306、308)は前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外側エッジ(320)まで延在し、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記パネルから出ることを可能にする、
方法。 - 前記ホットプレス(400;500)の前記第1のプレスプレート(300)を前記パネル(404)の前記第1の表面(410)に接触させることにより、前記パネル(404)に係合する前記第1のプレスプレート(300)は、前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の前記透過性材料を介して、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネル(404)から取り除くことができる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネル(404)から取り除くことをさらに可能にするため、前記パネル(404)に真空を適用することをさらに含む、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の前記換気チャネル(306、308)が前記第1の表面(410)に係合するとき、前記パネル(404)の前記第1の表面(410)に突起(702、704)を形成することをさらに含む、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のプレスプレート(300)が前記パネル(404)に結合される前記装飾層(602)の美的特性に影響を及ぼすのを抑止するため、前記パネル(404)の前記第1の表面(410)に形成される前記突起(702、704)を取り除くことをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項8から12のいずれか一項に係る方法における、前記第1のプレスプレート(300)を前記パネル(404)に接触させることが、
第1の液耐性層(802)を前記パネル(404)の前記第1の表面(410)に接触させることと、
前記パネル(404)に接触する前記第1の液耐性層(802)に透過性層(804)を接触させることとを含み、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記パネル(404)から取り除かれるように、前記透過性層(804)と前記第1の液耐性層(802)は、前記ガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが通過できるようにし、前記パネル(404)の液状樹脂が前記透過性材料を通過するのを阻止する前記第1の液耐性層(802)は、前記ガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記透過性層(804)を通過するのを前記液状の樹脂が抑止することを阻止する、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記パネル(404)から前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除き、前記透過性層(804)、前記第1の液耐性層(802)、及び前記パネル(404)を分離することと、
前記第1の液耐性層(802)を第2の液耐性層で置き換えることと、
第2のパネルに前記第2の液耐性層を接触させることと、
前記第2のパネルに接触する前記第2の液耐性層に前記透過性層(804)を接触させることと、
前記第2のパネルを形成するため、前記第2のパネルに熱を加えることと、
前記第2の液耐性層と前記透過性層を介して、前記第2のパネルからガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除くことと
をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 第2のプレスプレート(502)の一部が透過性材料からなる、前記ホットプレス(500)の前記第2のプレスプレート(502)を前記第1の表面(410)と向かい合う前記パネル(404)の第2の表面(506)に接触させることと、
前記パネル(404)から前記装飾層(602)の前記一部が剥離することを抑止するように、前記第2のプレスプレート(502)の前記透過性材料を介して、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネル(404)からさらに取り除くため、前記第2のプレスプレート(502)を介して前記パネル(404)に熱を加えることと
をさらに含む、請求項8から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
