Claims (21)
- パネルの第1の表面に係合するホットプレス(500)の第1のプレスプレート(300)を備える装置であって、前記ホットプレスは前記パネルの樹脂を硬化するため、前記第1のプレスプレートを介して前記パネルに熱を加え、前記パネルに結合される装飾層に、ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが圧力を及ぼすのを抑止して、前記パネルから前記装飾層の一部が剥離するのを抑止するため、前記第1のプレスプレートの第1の部分は、前記パネルからガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除くための透過性材料からなる、装置。
- 前記透過性材料は水蒸気の通過を可能にし、液状の樹脂の通過を抑止する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記パネルに結合される前記装飾層にガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが圧力を及ぼすのをさらに抑止するため、水分を捕捉する前記第1のプレスプレート(300)に塗布される水分吸収材料(604)の被覆をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプレスプレートが前記パネルに係合するとき、前記透過性材料が前記パネルに接触できるようにするため、前記第1の部分は前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外表面(318)上に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプレスプレート(300)はさらに、水蒸気及び液状の樹脂が通過するのを抑止する低透過性材料からなる第2の部分(304)を含み、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分は前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の前記外表面を形成する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の部分は、前記外表面に沿って延在する1つまたは複数の換気チャネル(304)を画定し、前記第1の部分は前記換気チャネル内に配置され、前記換気チャネルは前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の外側エッジまで延在し、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記パネルから出ることを可能にする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分によって形成される前記外表面(318)が平坦になるように、前記第1の部分は前記換気チャネル(304)を満たし、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネルから換気するため、前記第1の部分の前記透過性材料は、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記換気チャネル(304)内に配置された前記第1の部分を通過できるようにし、前記第1のプレスプレートが前記パネルの前記第1の表面上に突起を形成するのを抑止するため、前記外表面は平坦である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の前記外表面(318)上に形成された前記換気チャネルが、前記パネルの前記第1の表面上に突起を形成できるようにするため、前記第1の部分は前記換気チャネル(304)を部分的に満たす、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプレスプレートの前記第1の部分は、
前記パネルの前記第1の表面に係合する液耐性層(802)と、
前記パネルに係合する前記液耐性層に係合する透過性層(804)とを含み、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネルから取り除くことができるように、前記透過性層と前記液耐性層は、前記ガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが通過できるようにし、前記パネルの液状樹脂が前記透過性材料を通過するのを阻止する前記液耐性層は、前記ガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記透過性層を透過するのを前記液状の樹脂が抑止するのを阻止する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記液耐性層(800)は2軸延伸のポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなり、前記透過性層は多孔性金属材料、多孔性セラミック材料または連続気泡ポリマーフォームのうちの少なくとも1つからなる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記パネルから前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに取り除くため、前記第1の表面の反対側の前記パネルの第2の表面に係合する前記ホットプレス(500)の第2のプレスプレート(502)をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 硬化のための手段と、
硬化のための前記手段に係合するための手段であって、係合するための前記手段は、パネルの表面に係合し、硬化のための前記手段は、前記パネルの樹脂を硬化するため、係合するための前記手段を介して、前記パネルに熱を加える、手段と、
係合するための前記手段のガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除くための手段であって、ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除くための前記手段は、前記パネルからガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除き、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記パネルに結合される装飾のための手段に圧力を及ぼすのを抑止し、前記パネルから装飾のための前記手段の一部が剥離するのを抑止する、手段と
を含む装置。 - ホットプレス(500)の第1のプレスプレート(300)をパネルの第1の表面に接触させることであって、前記第1のプレスプレートの一部は、ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを通過させることができる透過性材料からなる、接触させることと、

- 前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネルから取り除くことをさらに可能にするため、前記パネルに真空を適用することをさらに含む、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 前記透過性材料を介して、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネルから取り除くことは、前記透過性材料を通して前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを換気することを含み、前記透過性材料は前記第1のプレスプレートの外表面によって画定される1つまたは複数の換気チャネル(306)、(308)内に配置され、前記換気チャネルは前記第1のプレスプレートの外側エッジまで延在し、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記パネルから出ることを可能にする、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプレスプレート(300)の前記換気チャネル(306)、(308)が前記第1の表面に係合するとき、前記パネルの前記第1の表面に突起を形成することをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のプレスプレートが前記パネルに結合される前記装飾層の美的特性に影響を及ぼすのを抑止するため、前記パネルの前記第1の表面に形成される前記突起を取り除くことをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のプレスプレート(300)を前記パネルに接触させることは、
第1の液耐性層(802)を前記パネルの前記第1の表面に接触させることと、
前記パネルに接触する前記第1の液耐性層に透過性層(804)を接触させることとを含み、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記パネルから取り除かれるように、前記透過性層と前記第1の液耐性層は、前記ガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが通過できるようにし、前記パネルの液状樹脂が前記透過性材料を通過するのを阻止する前記第1の液耐性層は、前記ガス又は蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つが前記透過性層(804)を通過するのを前記液状の樹脂が抑止することを阻止する、請求項13から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記パネルから前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除くことによって、前記透過性層、前記液耐性層、及び前記パネルを分離することと、
前記第1の液耐性層(802)を第2の液耐性層で置き換えることと、

前記第2のパネルを形成するため、前記第2のパネルに熱を加えることと、
前記第2の液耐性層と前記透過性層を介して、前記第2のパネルからがガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを取り除くことと
をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。 - 第2のプレスプレートの一部が透過性材料からなる、前記ホットプレスの前記第2のプレスプレート(502)を前記第1の表面と向かい合う前記パネルの第2の表面に接触させることと、
前記パネルから前記装飾層の前記一部の剥離を抑止するように、前記第2のプレスプレートの前記透過性材料を介して、前記ガスまたは蒸気のうちの少なくとも1つを前記パネルからさらに取り除くため、前記第2のプレスプレート(502)を介して前記パネルに熱を加えることと
をさらに含む、請求項13から20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
