Description
本実施形態に係る端子付き電線製造装置としての製造装置M(図5参照)は、図1、図2、図3に示す端子付き電線100を製造するものである。以下では、まず、図1、図2、図3に示す端子付き電線100の基本的な構成について説明し、その後、製造装置M、及び、端子付き電線製造方法について詳細に説明する。
実施形態2に係る端子付き電線製造装置、端子付き電線は、供給装置の構成が実施形態1とは異なる。以下では、上述した実施形態と同様の構成要素には共通の符号が付されるとともに、共通する構成、作用、効果については、重複した説明はできるだけ省略する。

Claims (3)
- 絶縁性を有する絶縁被覆部で導電性を有する導体部を被覆した電線の前記絶縁被覆部に対して圧着される被覆圧着部、及び、前記絶縁被覆部の端末から露出する前記導体部に対して圧着される導体圧着部を含む圧着端子を前記電線に圧着した状態で載置する載置台と、
前記電線に圧着した状態で前記載置台に載置された前記圧着端子に対して防食材を供給する供給装置とを備え、
前記圧着端子は、前記電線に圧着された状態で前記圧着端子と前記導体部と前記絶縁被覆部の端末とによって囲まれた隙間空間部と当該圧着端子の外部とを連通する連通孔であって前記圧着端子において前記隙間空間部を形成する部位に当該部位を貫通して形成される連通孔を有し、
前記載置台は、前記電線に圧着した状態で載置された前記圧着端子の前記連通孔と対向して位置し、前記供給装置から供給される前記防食材が内部を流動可能な流通孔を有し、
前記供給装置は、前記電線に圧着した前記圧着端子を前記載置台に載置した状態で、前記防食材を、前記流通孔、及び、前記連通孔を介して、前記隙間空間部に充填する充填装置を含むことを特徴とする、
端子付き電線製造装置。 - 前記充填装置は、前記流通孔、及び、前記連通孔を介して供給された前記防食材が前記導体部を介して前記導体圧着部と前記被覆圧着部との間から外部にしみ出るまで当該防食材を充填可能である、
請求項1に記載の端子付き電線製造装置。 - 前記載置台は、前記圧着端子を前記電線に圧着するアンビルによって構成される、
