Claims (2)
- 複数本の素線から成る芯線及び前記芯線の芯線剥き出し部を露出させて前記芯線を覆う被覆が設けられた電線と、
前記電線に取り付けられた端子金具と、
硬化性樹脂材料から成り、前記端子金具における前記電線の露出部分を前記端子金具と共に外側から覆って、前記電線と前記端子金具との間の接続部への液体の浸入を抑える止水部材と、
を備え、
前記端子金具は、前記電線が載せ置かれた底壁と、前記底壁から各々立ち上げられ、かつ、前記芯線剥き出し部に対して前記底壁と共に加締め圧着させた一対の芯線加締め片と、前記底壁から各々立ち上げられ、かつ、前記被覆における前記芯線剥き出し部側の被覆端末部に対して、前記被覆端末部における前記芯線剥き出し部側の先端を先端部から突出させた状態で前記底壁と共に加締め圧着させた一対の被覆加締め片と、を有し、
前記底壁は、前記一対の被覆加締め片における後端部よりも前記先端部側に対しての対向配置箇所から前記被覆端末部の前記先端における最先端面の先まで連ならせ、かつ、前記被覆端末部における前記一対の被覆加締め片の前記後端部よりも前記先端部側に加締め圧着されている箇所から前記最先端面までの前記底壁側を入り込ませた凹部を有することを特徴とした端子付き電線。 - 前記端子金具は、相手方端子接続体に電気接続させる端子接続体を有することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。
