Description
本発明は、電気技術セラミックスの技術分野、特に無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロック及びそれを調製するための方法に関する。
酸化亜鉛避雷器は、過電圧保護装置である。酸化亜鉛避雷器のコアコンポーネントとしての酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックの特性は、避雷器の使用に直接影響を与え、側面絶縁コーティングの有効性が、大電流サージに耐える避雷器の能力を直接決定する。現在、酸化亜鉛避雷器のバルブブロックのための側面コーティング材料には、鉛含有側面釉薬、主にエポキシコーティング及び有機ケイ素コーティングによって代表される有機コーティング、並びに従来の無機コーティングが含まれる。
先行技術の欠点に基づいて、本発明の目的は、無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する焼結させた酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロック及びそれを調製するための方法を提供することであり;グリーンボディの成分と良好な適合性を有する無機材料組成物を使用し、科学的な配合及びスクリーニングの後、グリーンボディの膨張率に適合させた高密度を有するセラミックコーティングを調製し、一連のプロセスによって酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロック体を被覆するために使用して、抵抗体素子の側面に高い絶縁強度をもつ無機保護層を形成する。プロセスを簡略化し、二次焼結のプロセスの複雑さを回避し、且つコストを削減している。
以下のステップ:
ステップ1:以下の質量パーセント:ZnO:86〜95%、Bi2O3:1.0〜3.0%、Co3O4:0.5〜1.5%、Mn3O4:0.2〜1.0%、Sb2O3:3.0〜9.0%、NiO:0.2〜1.0%、SiO2:1.0〜3.0%の出発原料から初期粉末を調製するステップ、
ステップ2:セラミックコーティング粉末を調製するステップであって、初期粉末の全質量対脱イオン水の質量対メノウ粉砕ボールの質量の比率が3:2:4であり、ポリウレタンボールミルジャーへの装入及びボールミル粉砕を実施し、ボールミル粉砕から生じるスラリーをオーブン乾燥及び微粉砕して、セラミックコーティング粉末を得る、ステップ、
ステップ3:PVA溶液を最初に調製し、次いでステップ2で得られたセラミックコーティング粉末を取り、ここで、セラミックコーティング粉末対PVA溶液対メノウ粉砕ボールの質量の比率は1:0.6:3であり、ポリウレタンボールミルジャーへの装入及びボールミル粉砕を実施して、セラミックコーティングスラリーを得るステップ、
ステップ4:セラミックコーティングスラリーをプレスによって形成されたZnOバリスター素子の側面に均一に広げ;スラリーが乾燥した後、ZnOバリスター素子をグリーンボディとして加熱炉に入れ、必須の脱バインダーを行い;脱バインダーから生じた抵抗体素子を焼結し、焼結されたグリーンボディを研摩ディスク加工及び熱処理にかけ;熱処理された抵抗体素子の端面をアルミニウム電極溶射にかけ、無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する1回焼結させた酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロック生成物を得るステップ
を含む、無鉛高絶縁性セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。

Claims (10)
- 以下のステップ:
ステップ1:以下の質量パーセント:ZnO:86〜89.2%、Bi2O3:1.0〜2.0%、Co3O4:0.5〜1.0%、Mn3O4:0.2〜0.8%、Sb2O3:3.0〜5.0%、NiO:0.2〜0.5%、SiO2:1.0〜1.5%の出発原料から初期粉末を調製するステップ、
ステップ2:セラミックコーティング粉末を調製するステップであって、前記初期粉末の全質量対脱イオン水の質量対メノウ粉砕ボールの質量の比率が3:2:4であり、ポリウレタンボールミルジャーへの装入及びボールミル粉砕を実施し、ボールミル粉砕から生じるスラリーをオーブン乾燥及び微粉砕し、セラミックコーティング粉末を得る、ステップ、
ステップ3:PVA溶液を最初に調製し、次いでステップ2で得られた前記セラミックコーティング粉末を取り、ここで、前記セラミックコーティング粉末対前記PVA溶液対メノウ粉砕ボールの質量の比率は1:0.6:3であり、ポリウレタンボールミルジャーへの装入及びボールミル粉砕を実施して、セラミックコーティングスラリーを得るステップ、
ステップ4:前記セラミックコーティングスラリーをプレスによって形成されたZnOバリスター素子の側面に均一に広げ;前記スラリーが乾燥した後、ZnOバリスター素子をグリーンボディとして加熱炉に入れ、必須の脱バインダーを行い;脱バインダーから生じた抵抗体素子を焼結し、焼結されたグリーンボディを研摩ディスク加工及び熱処理にかけ;熱処理された抵抗体素子の端面をアルミニウム電極溶射にかけ、無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロック生成物を得るステップ
を含むことを特徴とする、無鉛高絶縁性セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。 - ステップ2において、ボールミル粉砕の継続期間が、12〜48hであり、回転速度が、450r/minであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。
- ステップ3において、ボールミル粉砕が、12〜48h実施され、回転速度が、400r/minであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。
- ステップ4において、前記セラミックコーティングスラリーが、8〜12mg/cm2の適用質量範囲で、プレスによって形成されたZnOバリスター素子の側面に均一に広げられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。
- ステップ4において、脱バインダー温度が、500℃〜650℃であり、2〜3h維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。
- ステップ4において、焼結プロセスが、980℃〜1080℃の温度での焼結からなり、温度が、3〜4h維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。
- ステップ4において、熱処理プロセスにおける熱処理温度が、480℃〜515℃であり、1〜2h維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。
- ステップ2において、ポリアクリル酸アンモニウム分散剤が、ボールミル粉砕を実施する前に、初期粉末全量、脱イオン水及びメノウ粉砕ボールの全質量の0.5%〜1.0%の割合で加えられ、一緒にボールミル粉砕されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。
- ステップ3において、ポリアクリル酸アンモニウム分散剤が、ボールミル粉砕を実施する前に、前記セラミックコーティング粉末、PVA溶液及びメノウ粉砕ボールの全質量の1%〜2%の割合で加えられ、一緒にボールミル粉砕されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロックを調製するための方法。
- 避雷器バルブブロック体であって、無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングによって被覆されている側面と、アルミニウム層によって被覆されている上面及び下面とを含む、避雷器バルブブロック体を含み、前記高絶縁セラミックコーティングが、ZnO:86〜89.2%、Bi2O3:1.0〜2.0%、Co3O4:0.5〜1.0%、Mn3O4:0.2〜0.8%、Sb2O3:3.0〜5.0%、NiO:0.2〜0.5%、SiO2:1.0〜1.5%(質量割合範囲)からできていることを特徴とする、無鉛高絶縁セラミックコーティングを有する酸化亜鉛避雷器バルブブロック。
