Description
A群元素の酸化物または酸化物塩は、後処理被膜上に塗布されるシーラーとの接着性を向上させる役割を果たす。ここで、A群元素とは、B、Al、V、及びFeから選ばれた1種以上の元素を意味する。
B群元素の酸化物または酸化物塩は、後処理被膜と素材の密着性を向上させる役割を果たすことができるが、本発明では、これを添加しなくても、目的とするシーラー接着性の確保に大きな問題はない。ここで、B群元素とは、Mn、Mo、及びWから選ばれた1種以上の元素を意味する。
有機化合物は、後処理被膜内の酸化物または酸化物塩が安定して存在するようにするバインダーの役割を果たし、シーラー接着性の向上にも一部寄与する。
加工性を評価するためにカップ絞り試験を行った。上記カップ絞り試験は、金型及びパンチで構成された試験機を使用し、BHF(Blank Holding Force)を高めながら試験を行い、素材破断が起こる直前のBHF値を最大BHF値として表1に記載した。最大BHF値が大きいほど加工性に優れることを意味する。本実施例で行ったカップ絞り試験の詳細条件は以下のとおりである。

− パンチ直径(Punch diameter):50mm
− パンチ先端半径(Punch edge radius):6mm
− 金型直径(Die diameter):52.25mm
− パンチ移動速度:230mm/min
− 後処理被膜は、金型と接触し、表面に洗浄油を塗布した後、試験を行う。
接着性試験は、25mm×100mmサイズで試験片2枚を製作し、洗浄油を塗布し、垂直に立ててから1日放置した後、試験片の端から10mm内側に25mm(幅)×25mm(長さ)×3mm(高さ)のサイズで乳香樹シーラー(mastic sealer)接着剤を塗布し、残りの試験片を重ねて170℃で20分間硬化させた後、上/下試験片の接着せん断強度を測定し、その結果を表1に示した。せん断強度は50mm/minの速度で測定し、測定された最大せん断力を接着面積6.25cm2で割って示した。このとき、シーラー接着性が良好であるか否かは、接着強度1.0kgf/cm2を基準に、この値以上であれば良好なものであると判断した。
脱膜性試験は、自動車の製造工程で用いられる脱脂溶液を使用し、50〜55℃で素材を2分間攪拌浸漬してから水洗した後、素材の表面に残留するコーティング被膜の量を測定し、脱脂前の被膜付着量に対する脱膜率を百分率として計算して表1に示した。コーティング被膜の残留量は、一定面積のコーティング層を酸溶液で溶解した後の溶解液のモリブデン含有量をICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma)で定量分析し、面積当たりの残留量を計算した。
Claims (16)
- 素地鉄と、前記素地鉄上に順に形成された亜鉛系めっき層と、後処理被膜と、を含み、前記後処理被膜は、Bの酸化物または酸化物塩から選ばれた1種以上のA群化合物、Moの酸化物または酸化物塩から選ばれた1種以上のB群化合物、及び有機化合物を含み、前記後処理被膜内の酸素原子の含有量は50原子%以上であり、前記後処理被膜内の水素と共有結合する酸素原子のモル数をaとし、水素と共有結合しない酸素原子のモル数をbとするとき、a/bが0.3以上であり、
前記有機化合物は少なくとも一つ以上の水酸基を有する、
亜鉛系めっき鋼材。 - 前記後処理被膜内の酸素原子の含有量は55原子%以上である、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記後処理被膜内の酸素原子の含有量は60原子%以上である、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記a/bが10.0以下である、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記a/bが1.0以上9.0以下である、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記a/bが2.0以上8.0以下である、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記A群化合物はpH4〜7の範囲の水溶液中で少なくとも一つ以上の水酸基を有する、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記A群化合物はpH4〜7の範囲の水溶液中で少なくとも一つ以上の水酸基を有し、前記A群化合物のモル数をcとし、前記B群化合物のモル数をdとするとき、c/dが0.5以上である、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記c/dが100以下である、請求項8に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記c/dが2.0以上50以下である、請求項8に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記c/dが5.0以上30以下である、請求項8に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記有機化合物は、前記後処理被膜100重量部に対して5重量部〜30重量部含まれる、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記有機化合物は、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- 前記後処理被膜の被膜付着量は100mg/m2〜1000mg/m2である、請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼材。
- Bの酸化物または酸化物塩から選ばれた1種以上のA群化合物、Moの酸化物または酸化物塩から選ばれた1種以上のB群化合物、及び有機化合物を含み、酸素原子の含有量は50原子%以上であり、水素と共有結合する酸素原子のモル数をaとし、水素と共有結合しない酸素原子のモル数をbとするとき、a/bが0.3以上であり、前記有機化合物は少なくとも一つ以上の水酸基を有する、後処理被膜形成用組成物。
- 前記被膜形成用組成物のpHは3.0〜7.0である、請求項15に記載の後処理被膜形成用組成物。
