Claims (14)
- 遠心圧縮機のインペラの前側を、投入された流体流れの中の液滴の衝撃から保護する方法であって、
前記インペラは、根元(1)と、シュラウド(2)と、前記根元(1)および前記シュラウド(2)を結合する複数のブレード(3)とを有する主本体を備え、
前記方法は、複数の保護要素(10)を前記インペラの前記前側に永久的に配置することを含み、
前記複数の保護要素(10)の材料が、液滴の衝撃に対する優れた耐性を有しており、前記インペラの材料が、優れた機械的耐性を有しており、
前記複数の保護要素(10)が、コバルト基合金、ニッケル基合金、チタン基合金、析出硬化ステンレス鋼、またはマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼で作られ、
前記複数の保護要素(10)の各々が、前記複数のブレード(3)の対応するブレードに取り付けられており、ブレード部分、根元部分およびシュラウド部分を備え、
各々の前記複数の保護要素(10)の前記ブレード部分が、少なくとも前記対応するブレードの前方部を構成し、
各々の前記保護要素(10)の前記根元部分が、少なくとも前記主本体の前記根元の前方部を構成し、
内部的には、前記シュラウド(2)の前方部が、前記複数の保護要素(10)の前記シュラウド部分によって全体的に作られているように、前記複数の保護要素(10)の前記シュラウド部分が相互に連続的に隣接している、方法。 - 前記複数の保護要素(10)が前記複数のブレード(3)に取り付けるのを容易にするために、前記複数のブレード(3)の各々が突起又は凹部を備え、前記複数の保護要素(10)の各々が凹部又は突起を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 根元(1)と、シュラウド(2)と、前記根元(1)および前記シュラウド(2)を結合する複数のブレード(3)と、複数の保護要素(10)とを有する主本体を備える、インペラの前側を液滴の衝撃から保護するためのインペラであって、
前記複数の保護要素(10)の各々が、前記複数のブレード(3)の対応するブレードに取り付けられており、ブレード部分、根元部分およびシュラウド部分を備え、
各々の前記複数の保護要素(10)の前記ブレード部分が、少なくとも前記対応するブレードの前方部を構成し、
各々の前記保護要素(10)の前記根元部分が、少なくとも前記主本体の前記根元の前方部を構成し、
内部的には、前記シュラウド(2)の前方部が、前記複数の保護要素(10)の前記シュラウド部分によって全体的に作られているように、前記複数の保護要素(10)の前記シュラウド部分が相互に連続的に隣接し、
前記複数の保護要素(10)が、コバルト基合金、ニッケル基合金、チタン基合金、析出硬化ステンレス鋼、またはマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼で作られている、インペラ。 - 前記主本体が、炭素鋼、低合金鋼、析出硬化ステンレス鋼、マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼、チタン基合金、またはニッケル基合金で作られている、請求項3に記載のインペラ。
- 前記複数の保護要素が、付加製造によって作り出される、請求項3又は4に記載のインペラ。
- 少なくとも前記複数の保護要素が、粉末冶金によって作り出される、請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載のインペラ。
- 前記複数の保護要素の全てが、環状の単一保護本体(15)を形成している、請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載のインペラ。
- 前記複数の保護要素が、前記主本体に永久的に取り付けられる、請求項3乃至7のいずれかに記載のインペラ。
- 前記複数の保護要素(10)が前記複数のブレード(3)に取り付けるのを容易にするために、前記複数のブレード(3)の各々が突起又は凹部を備え、前記複数の保護要素(10)の各々が凹部又は突起を備える、請求項3乃至8のいずれかに記載のインペラ。
- 請求項3乃至9のいずれかに記載のインペラを備える遠心圧縮機。
- 複数のカスケードインペラを備え、少なくとも第1のインペラが、または第1のインペラだけが、前記請求項3乃至9のいずれかに記載のものである、請求項10記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記複数の保護要素が、少なくとも、圧縮機入口から投入された流体流れを全て受けるように延びる、請求項10又は11に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 入口で投入された流体を圧縮するための機械であって、前記投入された流体を圧縮するための、請求項10乃至12のいずれかに記載の遠心圧縮機を備える機械。
- 入口が、前記遠心圧縮機の前記入口に直接結合されている、請求項13に記載の機械。
