技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种紧固机构。具体说,是用来将叶轮与轴紧固在一起的紧固机构。尤其适用于多级水泵的叶轮与轴间的紧固。
背景技术
在水泵制造行业都知道,多级泵的叶轮与轴间大都是采用在二者间设置花键来实现连接的。虽然采用花键可以实现叶轮与轴间的紧固,但需在多级泵的每个叶轮中心的套筒内圆上和与该套筒对应的轴上加工键槽,生产步骤较多,费工费时,生产效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种叶轮与轴间的紧固机构。采用这种紧固机构,可提高生产效率。
为解决上述问题,采取以下技术方案:
本实用新型的叶轮与轴间的紧固机构含有叶轮,叶轮的中心有与上下方叶轮连接用的套筒,所述套筒内有轴。其特点是所述套筒的一端有外螺纹,外螺纹上配有锁紧螺母。带有外螺纹的套筒一端与轴间有裂口套。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是带有外螺纹的套筒一端内圆为锥形,与该锥形端相应的裂口套也为锥形。
采取上述方案,具有以下优点:
由于套筒的一端加工有外螺纹,外螺纹上配有锁紧螺母。并在带有外螺纹的套筒一端与轴间设置有裂口套。不需在多级泵的套筒内圆上和对应的轴上加工键槽并设置花键,就可实现叶轮与轴间的紧固,不仅生产步骤较少,而且省工省力,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的叶轮与轴间的紧固机构包括叶轮4,叶轮4的中心焊有便于与上下方的叶轮4连接用的套筒5。套筒5内设置有轴1,套筒5的上端加工有外螺纹,套筒5上端借助该外螺纹上旋拧有锁紧螺母3。在带有外螺纹的套筒5一端与轴1间还设置有裂口套2。所述裂口套2为不锈钢套。
带有外螺纹的套筒5一端内圆为锥形,与该锥形端相应的裂口套2也为锥形。
通过旋拧锁紧螺母3,可实现叶轮的套筒5与轴1间的紧固。

Claims (2)

1.叶轮与轴间的紧固机构,包括叶轮(4),叶轮(4)的中心有与上下方叶轮连接用的套筒(5),所述套筒(5)内有轴(1);其特征在于所述套筒(5)的一端有外螺纹,外螺纹上配有锁紧螺母(3);带有外螺纹的套筒(5)一端与轴(1)间有裂口套(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叶轮与轴间的紧固机构,其特征在于带有外螺纹的套筒(5)一端内圆为锥形,与该锥形端相应的裂口套(2)也为锥形。
