本发明公开了一种可手工拆解的连接组件,包括螺丝头、手拧螺丝帽和螺钉;所述螺丝头穿过手拧螺丝帽与螺钉螺纹连接;所述螺钉呈三级阶梯状,第一连接段横截面呈六边形,与手拧螺丝帽下端配合;第三连接段的外表面上设有外螺纹;所述螺钉上端还开设有螺纹孔;手拧螺丝帽呈圆柱体状,其上端设有圆形沉头孔螺钉,下端面上设有六角形沉头孔。本发明的可手工拆解的连接组件将两个零件连接紧固在一起,拆卸时,只要手工用力转动手拧螺丝帽就可以轻松的将其中一个零件拆卸下来,使用方便,可大范围推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可手工拆解的连接组件,属于机械零部件设计技术领域。
背景技术
螺钉、螺栓连接件具有结构简单、拆卸方便、成本低等特点,应用十分广泛。在模具上也用到很多螺钉、螺栓等紧固件,然而现有的螺钉、螺栓都必须专用工具才能拆卸,使得整个模具的拆装加大了工作量,因此,有必要研发一种不需借助工具,可以直接手工拆解的连接组件。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种可手工拆解的连接组件。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种可手工拆解的连接组件,包括螺丝头、手拧螺丝帽和螺钉;所述螺丝头穿过手拧螺丝帽与螺钉螺纹连接;所述螺钉呈三级阶梯状,从上往下分为第一连接段、第二连接段和第三连接段,且直径越来越大;所述第一连接段的横截面呈六边形;所述第二连接段和第三连接段的横截面均为圆形;所述第三连接段的外表面上设有外螺纹;所述螺钉上端还开设有螺纹孔;所述螺纹孔位于螺钉中部,其深度贯穿第一连接段和第二连接段;所述手拧螺丝帽呈圆柱体状,其上端面上设有圆形沉头孔,下端面上设有六角形沉头孔;所述圆形沉头孔和六角形沉头孔通过圆形通孔连通;所述圆形沉头孔、圆形通孔和六角形沉头孔的中心轴均与手拧螺丝帽的中心轴重合;所述螺钉的第一连接段与手拧螺丝帽的六角形沉头孔间隙配合。
优选的,所述螺丝头、手拧螺丝帽和螺钉组装后,螺钉的尾端水平面低于手拧螺丝帽的上端面。
优选的,所述手拧螺丝帽呈二级台阶状圆柱体,靠近圆形沉头孔的一端外径大于另一端的外径。
优选的,所述第一连接段的横截面的六边形内切于第二连接段。

本发明的一种可手工拆解的连接组件,主要用于将两个零件连接紧固在一起,拆卸时,只要手工用力转动手拧螺丝帽就可以轻松的将其中一个零件拆卸下来。本发明的连接组件,结构简单、设计合理,使用方便,可大范围推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
本发明所述的一种可手工拆解的连接组件,如附图1-3所示,包括螺丝头1、手拧螺丝帽2和螺钉3;所述螺丝头1穿过手拧螺丝帽2与螺钉3螺纹连接;所述螺钉3呈三级阶梯状,从上往下分为第一连接段4、第二连接段5和第三连接段6,且直径越来越大;所述第一连接段4的横截面呈六边形;所述第二连接段5和第三连接段6的横截面均为圆形;所述第三连接段6的外表面上设有外螺纹;所述螺钉上端还开设有螺纹孔7;所述螺纹孔7位于螺钉中部,其深度贯穿第一连接段4和第二连接段5;所述手拧螺丝帽2呈圆柱体状,其上端面上设有圆形沉头孔8,下端面上设有六角形沉头孔9;所述圆形沉头孔8和六角形沉头孔9通过圆形通孔10连通;所述圆形沉头孔8、圆形通孔10和六角形沉头孔9的中心轴均与手拧螺丝帽2的中心轴重合;所述螺钉3的第一连接段4与手拧螺丝帽2的六角形沉头孔9间隙配合;所述螺丝头1、手拧螺丝帽2和螺钉3组装后,螺钉3的尾端水平面低于手拧螺丝帽2的上端面。
进一步的说明,所述手拧螺丝帽2呈二级台阶状圆柱体,靠近圆形沉头孔的一端外径大于另一端的外径。
进一步的说明,所述第一连接段4的横截面的六边形内切于第二连接段5。
本发明的可手工拆解的连接组件,主要用于将两个零件连接紧固在一起,如附图1所示,螺钉3的下端与零件一11螺纹连接,零件二12套设在螺钉3的中部外圆周上,上端露出零件二12的部分刚好是六边形的一端,手拧螺丝帽2的六角形沉头孔9套在螺钉3的上端,最后将螺丝头1穿过手拧螺丝帽2的中间通孔螺纹连接在螺钉3的螺纹孔内,拧紧螺丝头1即将本发明的手拧螺丝帽2和螺钉3固定住,最终将零件一11固定连接在零件二12的下端,其中零件一11和零件二12还可适当增加垫板13;需要拆解时,只需手工拧开手拧螺丝帽2,带动螺钉3转动就能将螺钉3从零件一11上拆解下来,因此快速方便的将零件一11从零件二12上拆解下来。本发明的可手工拆解的连接组件,结构简单、设计合理,使用方便,可大范围推广。

1.一种可手工拆解的连接组件,其特征在于:包括螺丝头(1)、手拧螺丝帽(2)和螺钉(3);所述螺丝头(1)穿过手拧螺丝帽(2)与螺钉(3)螺纹连接;所述螺钉(3)呈三级阶梯状,从上往下分为第一连接段(4)、第二连接段(5)和第三连接段(6),且直径越来越大;所述第一连接段(4)的横截面呈六边形;所述第二连接段(5)和第三连接段(6)的横截面均为圆形;所述第三连接段(6)的外表面上设有外螺纹;所述螺钉上端还开设有螺纹孔(7);所述螺纹孔(7)位于螺钉中部,其深度贯穿第一连接段(4)和第二连接段(5);所述手拧螺丝帽(2)呈圆柱体状,其上端面上设有圆形沉头孔(8),下端面上设有六角形沉头孔(9);所述圆形沉头孔(8)和六角形沉头孔(9)通过圆形通孔(10)连通;所述圆形沉头孔(8)、圆形通孔(10)和六角形沉头孔(9)的中心轴均与手拧螺丝帽(2)的中心轴重合;所述螺钉(3)的第一连接段(4)与手拧螺丝帽(2)的六角形沉头孔(9)间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可手工拆解的连接组件,其特征在于:所述螺丝头(1)、手拧螺丝帽(2)和螺钉(3)组装后,螺钉(3)的尾端水平面低于手拧螺丝帽(2)的上端面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可手工拆解的连接组件,其特征在于:所述手拧螺丝帽(2)呈二级台阶状圆柱体,靠近圆形沉头孔的一端外径大于另一端的外径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可手工拆解的连接组件,其特征在于:所述第一连接段(4)的横截面的六边形内切于第二连接段(5)。
