Claims (4)
- 物品にX線を照射するX線照射部と、
前記物品を透過した前記X線を検出するX線検出部と、
前記X線検出部から出力された信号に基づいて前記物品のX線透過画像を生成し、前記X線透過画像に基づいて前記物品の検査を行う検査部と、
前記X線照射部及び前記X線検出部を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記X線照射部の照射出力が第1照射出力となるように前記X線照射部を制御している場合に、前記X線検出部の検出出力が減少したときには、前記照射出力が増大するように前記X線照射部を制御する第1制御を実行し、
前記X線照射部により照射された前記X線が前記物品には照射されておらず、且つ、前記物品に照射されていない前記X線を前記X線検出部が検出している状態で、前記第1制御を実行する、X線検査装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記照射出力が前記第1照射出力よりも大きい第2照射出力となるように前記X線照射部を制御している場合に、前記検出出力が減少したときには、前記検出出力が増大するように前記X線検出部を制御する第2制御を実行し、
前記第1制御と前記第2制御とは、切り替え可能である、請求項1記載のX線検査装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第2制御において、前記X線検出部の感度を第2感度に設定すると共に前記X線照射部への入力電流が最大値となるように前記X線照射部を制御している場合に、前記検出出力が減少したときには、前記感度を増加させることで前記検出出力を増大させ、
前記第1制御において、前記感度を前記第2感度よりも高い第1感度に設定すると共に前記入力電流が前記最大値よりも小さい第1入力電流となるように前記X線照射部を制御している場合に、前記検出出力が減少したときには、前記入力電流を増加させることで前記照射出力を増大させる、請求項2記載のX線検査装置。 - 前記制御部が前記第1制御を実行している時間と、当該第1制御により制御された前記X線照射部の前記照射出力に関する情報と、を表示する表示部を更に有する、請求項2又は3記載のX線検査装置。
