Description
上記の作業車両は、記憶部と、制御部とをさらに備えている。記憶部は、オペレータ情報を予め記憶している。制御部は、検知部により検知されたオペレータの検知情報を記憶部に記憶されたオペレータ情報と照合した結果に基づいてドア駆動部を制御する。
上記の作業車両において、ドアは、オペレータが運転室の外へ出た後に自動で閉じる。
まず本発明の一実施の形態における作業車両の一例としてホイールローダの構成について図1を用いて説明するが、本発明は油圧ショベル、ブルドーザなどのドア開閉機構を有するキャブを備えた作業車両に適用可能である。
図11は、本発明の一実施の形態におけるホイールローダに用いられるドアの変形例の開閉動作を示す概略平面図である。
本実施の形態によれば、図2に示されるように、検知部SE1によるオペレータの検知に基づいてドア10を自動で開くドア駆動部11が設けられている。このためオペレータが、昇降装置本体21上で手摺り部22を把持した状態で運転室30の大きなドア10を手で開く必要がない。このため、オペレータが昇降装置20から運転室30へ乗り込むことが容易となる。
Claims (8)
- 昇降装置と、
前記昇降装置の上に位置し、かつドアを有する運転室と、
オペレータを検知する検知部と、
一方端と他方端とを有し、前記一方端が前記運転室に回動可能に接続され、前記他方端が前記ドアに回動可能に接続され、前記検知部によるオペレータの検知に基づく制御部からの指令に基づき伸縮駆動し、前記ドアを自動で開動作かつ閉動作させるアクチュエータとを備えた、作業車両。 - 前記運転室は、前記ドアの真下に位置するステップを有し、
平面視において、前記ドアの開閉軌跡の全体は前記ステップと重畳する、請求項1に記載の作業車両。 - 前記ドアは、折り畳み式ドアである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の作業車両。
- オペレータ情報を予め記憶する記憶部と、
前記検知部により検知されたオペレータの検知情報を前記記憶部に記憶されたオペレータ情報と照合した結果に基づいて前記アクチュエータを制御する制御部とをさらに備えた、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両。 - 前記検知部は、前記検知部の検知に基づいてオペレータの本人認証を行い、オペレータが前記昇降装置に載ったことを検知する、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両。
- 前記ドアは、オペレータが前記運転室から外へ出た後に自動で閉じる、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両。
- 前記運転室の上部表面に配置された太陽パネルをさらに備えた、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両。
- 前記制御部からの前記ドアを開く指令に基づいて前記アクチュエータが縮む、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両。
