Claims (3)
- 橈骨動脈および尺骨動脈が走行する腕に巻き付けることが可能な可撓性を備える帯体と、
前記帯体を前記腕に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定部と、
前記帯体に連結されて流体を注入することにより拡張して、前記橈骨動脈の止血すべき部位を押圧可能な第1拡張部と、
前記帯体の長手方向において前記第1拡張部と異なる位置に配置され、かつ、流体を注入することにより拡張して前記尺骨動脈を押圧可能な第2拡張部と、
前記帯体と前記第2拡張部との間に、少なくとも一部が前記第2拡張部と重なるように配置され、前記第2拡張部を押圧可能な補助バルーンと、を有し、
前記帯体の長手方向に沿う前記補助バルーンの長さは、前記帯体の長手方向に沿う前記第2拡張部の長さよりも長いことを特徴とする、止血器具。 - 前記第2拡張部および前記補助バルーンが拡張する前の状態において、前記第1拡張部側の前記補助バルーンの端部は、前記第1拡張部側の前記第2拡張部の端部に重なるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の止血器具。
- 前記補助バルーンの内部は、前記第2拡張部の内部と連通しており、
前記補助バルーンに流体を注入する注入部が接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の止血器具。
