Description
(条件1)帯体20を手首Wに巻き付けた状態で、拡張後4時間にわたって第1層41を介して気体を拡張部40の外部に排出することで、1時間経過するごとの拡張部40の内圧が、その1時間前の拡張部40の内圧の70〜97%(好ましくは、75〜94%)となる;
(条件2)帯体20を手首Wに巻き付けた状態で、拡張後4時間経過した後の拡張部40内の内圧が初期内圧の30〜80%(好ましくは、40〜71%)となる。
(条件3)帯体20を手首Wに巻き付けた状態で、拡張後4時間にわたって第1層41を介して気体を拡張部40の外部に排出することで、1時間経過するごとの拡張部40に注入された気体の体積は、その1時間前の拡張部40内の気体の体積の85〜96%(好ましくは、88〜96%)となる;
(条件4)帯体20を手首Wに巻き付けた状態で、拡張後4時間経過した後の拡張部40内の気体の体積が、初期の拡張部40内の気体の体積の55〜95%(好ましくは、60〜80%)となる。

Claims (6)
- 肢体の止血すべき部位に巻き付けるための帯体と、
前記帯体を前記肢体に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定手段と、
前記帯体に連結され、かつ、気体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部と、を備え、
前記拡張部は、第1層と、前記第1層の外表面を覆う第2層と、を有し、
前記第1層は、前記第2層を形成する材料よりも単位面積あたりの気体透過量が多い材料から形成されており、
前記第2層は、前記拡張部を拡張した状態で、前記第1層の外表面を前記第2層から外部に露出させることが可能な隙間部を有し、
前記隙間部は、前記第2層の前記帯体に対向する側の面に少なくとも形成されている、止血器具。 - 前記第1層は、熱硬化性エラストマーからなり、
前記第2層は、前記熱硬化性エラストマーよりも気体透過性が低い熱可塑性樹脂からなる、請求項1に記載の止血器具。 - 前記帯体は、熱可塑性樹脂からなるとともに前記拡張部が連結される連結領域を有し、
前記拡張部の前記第2層は、前記帯体の前記連結領域に融着されている、請求項2に記載の止血器具。 - 前記第1層の少なくとも一部は、前記第2層の内表面に固定されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記第1層は、前記拡張部を拡張した状態で、前記隙間部から突出する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記第2層の前記隙間部は、前記拡張部内の拡張空間が所定圧に達した際に開放可能となるように仮固定されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
