(条件1)帯体20を手首Wに巻き付けた状態で、拡張後4時間にわたって第2領域A2を介して気体を拡張部40の外部に排出することで、1時間経過するごとの拡張部40の内圧が、その1時間前の拡張部40の内圧の70~97%(好ましくは、75~94%)となる;
(条件2)帯体20を手首Wに巻き付けた状態で、拡張後4時間経過した後の拡張部40内の内圧が初期内圧の30~80%(好ましくは、40~71%)となる。

Claims (6)
- 肢体の止血すべき部位に巻き付けるための帯体と、
前記帯体を前記肢体に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定手段と、
第1シート及び第2シートを重ね合わせて袋状にして前記帯体に連結され、かつ、気体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部と、を備え、
前記拡張部は、
樹脂材料からなり、気体の溶解・拡散現象に基づく気体透過が発生する樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層内に分散された微粒子部と、
前記微粒子部の周囲に形成される空間部と、を有し、
前記拡張部は、前記第1シートの中央部、前記第2シートの中央部、前記第1シートの周縁部、及び前記第2シートの周縁部に位置する第1領域と、前記第1領域よりも前記樹脂層における前記微粒子部及び前記空間部の分布が多い第2領域と、を備え、
前記空間部は、前記樹脂層の内表面及び外表面の間を連通しないように前記樹脂層内に分散された気体を含有し、
前記第2領域は、前記第1領域に比べて前記空間部の体積含有率が高く形成されている、止血器具。 - 肢体の止血すべき部位に巻き付けるための帯体と、
前記帯体を前記肢体に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定手段と、
前記帯体に連結され、かつ、気体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部と、を備え、
前記拡張部は、
樹脂材料からなり、気体の溶解・拡散現象に基づく気体透過が発生する樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層内に分散された微粒子部と、
前記微粒子部の周囲に形成される空間部と、を有し、
前記空間部は、前記樹脂層の内表面及び外表面の間を連通しないように前記樹脂層内に分散された気体を含有し、
前記微粒子部は、前記拡張部が拡張した状態で、前記拡張部の外表面の一部に凹凸部を形成する、止血器具。 - 前記微粒子部は、金属材料からなる、請求項1または2に記載の止血器具。
- 前記微粒子部は、複数の粒子から構成され、
複数の前記粒子は、隣り合う前記粒子の間に隙間を形成する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。 - 前記微粒子部は、多孔質粒子を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記拡張部は、前記樹脂層に形成されたマーカーを有し、
前記マーカーが形成された位置および前記マーカーの周囲の前記樹脂層における前記微粒子部の分布は、前記樹脂層の他の部位よりも少ない、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
