Claims (7)
- 肢体の止血すべき部位に巻きつけるための帯体と、
前記帯体を前記肢体に巻きつけた状態で固定する固定手段と、
前記帯体に連結され、かつ、気体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部と、
前記拡張部の内腔と外部とを連通するチューブ体と、
前記拡張部内で前記チューブ体を覆うカバー部と、を備え、
前記チューブ体は、前記拡張部内で開口する孔部を有し、
前記カバー部は、前記孔部を覆うように配置されており、かつ、前記孔部と重なるように位置合わせされることにより前記孔部と前記拡張部の内腔とを連通可能な連通部を有し、
前記チューブ体は、前記連通部と前記孔部との位置関係を制御できるように前記カバー部に対して相対的に移動可能である、止血器具。 - 前記チューブ体は、前記カバー部に対して相対的に回転可能である、請求項1に記載の止血器具。
- 前記連通部は、前記チューブ体の軸心に対して垂直な断面において、前記孔部と同じ位置に配置される、請求項2に記載の止血器具。
- 前記チューブ体の前記カバー部に対する相対的な移動を規制するロック機構を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記チューブ体に配置された第1部材と、前記カバー部の基端側に配置された支持体に設けられ、かつ、前記第1部材と固定および分離可能に構成された第2部材と、を有する請求項4に記載の止血器具。
- 前記連通部は、前記孔部に位置合わせされた際に開口するスリットである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 弾性変形が可能であり、かつ、前記拡張部に気体を注入可能な注入部をさらに有し、
前記チューブ体は、前記拡張部の内腔と前記注入部の内腔とを繋いでおり、
前記連通部は、前記注入部から前記拡張部へ気体を注入した際、前記孔部から排出された気体によって前記拡張部の内腔と前記注入部の内腔とを連通させる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
