Description
止血器具10に備えられる操作部の構成は、押圧操作されることにより、閉塞部材85を移動させてチューブ体70の先端開口部70cを開放可能に構成される限りにおいて、具体的な形状や構造等が限定されることはない。操作部は、例えば、以下に説明する各変形例のように構成することも可能である。
図10(A)、(B)は、前述した実施形態の変形例1に係る止血器具100の説明に供する図である。図10(A)、(B)を参照して、変形例1に係る止血器具100について説明する。なお、前述した実施形態と同様の構成については、同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 肢体の止血すべき部位に巻きつけるための帯体と、
前記帯体を前記肢体に巻きつけた状態で固定する固定手段と、
前記帯体に連結され、かつ、気体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部と、
弾性変形が可能であり、かつ、前記拡張部に気体を注入可能な注入部と、
前記拡張部の内腔と前記注入部の内腔とを繋ぐチューブ体と、を備え、
前記チューブ体は、前記拡張部内で開口する孔部と、前記孔部を覆うように前記チューブ体に配置されるカバー部と、を有し、
前記カバー部は、前記注入部から前記拡張部へ気体を注入した際、前記孔部から排出された気体によって前記拡張部の内腔と前記注入部の内腔とを連通させる連通部を有する、止血器具。 - 前記連通部は、前記チューブ体の軸心に対して垂直な断面において、前記孔部と異なる位置に配置される、請求項1に記載の止血器具。
- 前記チューブ体の外表面と前記カバー部の内表面とは、前記注入部から前記拡張部へ気体を注入していない状態で密着する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の止血器具。
- 前記注入部は、前記注入部の外表面に配置された操作部と、前記操作部と連結した閉塞部材と、を有し、前記チューブ体は、前記拡張部の内腔に配置された前記チューブ体の端部に開口部を備え、
前記閉塞部材は、前記操作部を押圧していない状態では、前記開口部を封止しており、前記操作部を押圧した状態では、前記開口部と前記注入部との間を連通する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。 - 前記操作部は、前記閉塞部材を前記開口部に押し付ける方向に付勢力を付与する付勢部材をさらに有し、
前記閉塞部材は、前記操作部を前記付勢力に抗して移動させた状態で前記開口部と前記注入部との間を連通する、請求項4に記載の止血器具。 - 前記連通部は、前記孔部から排出された空気で開口するスリットである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記拡張部は、前記拡張部を拡張した状態で、経時的に前記拡張部の内腔の気体を外部に排出する気体透過性を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
