Claims (10)
- 肢体の止血すべき部位に巻き付けるための帯体と、
前記帯体を前記肢体に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定手段と、
気体を注入することにより拡張し、前記止血すべき部位を圧迫する拡張部と、
収縮可能であって、かつ、気体を収容可能な収容空間を有し、収縮することによって前記収容空間に収容された気体を前記拡張部に注入可能な注入部と、
前記帯体に連結された支持板と、を備え、
前記支持板は、
前記帯体の長軸上に配置され、かつ、前記拡張部が配置される第1支持板と、
前記帯体の長軸上に配置され、かつ、前記第1支持板に対して可動に連結された第2支持板と、を備え、
前記注入部は、
当該注入部の内表面と当該注入部の外表面とを貫通し、かつ、前記収容空間と連通し手指で塞がれる孔部を備えるとともに、前記第2支持板上に配置されている、止血器具。 - 前記注入部は、
前記第2支持板上に配置される底部と、
前記底部から前記孔部に向かって立ち上がる縦壁部と、を備え、
前記縦壁部の外周は、前記底部側から前記孔部側に向かって小さくなる、請求項1に記載の止血器具。 - 前記縦壁部は、前記第2支持板の前記注入部が配置されている領域への垂線と平行な断面において、テーパー形状に形成されている、請求項2に記載の止血器具。
- 前記孔部は、前記第2支持板の前記注入部が配置されている領域を通る垂線を含む位置に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記第1支持板および前記第2支持板は、前記帯体よりも硬質な材料で形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記第2支持板は、
前記注入部が配置される第1面と、
前記第1面と対向する第2面と、を備え、
前記第2面には、当該第2面から前記肢体に伝わる接触力を緩和する緩衝部材が配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。 - 前記第2支持板は、
前記肢体に前記帯体を巻き付けて固定した状態において、前記肢体と当該第2支持板との間に空間を形成する凹部を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。 - 前記拡張部と前記注入部とを連通する流通経路をさらに有し、
前記第1支持板は、
前記第2支持板側に設けられた第1凸部と、
前記帯体側に設けられ、前記第1凸部との間で前記拡張部を前記帯体の長軸方向に沿って挟み込むように形成された第2凸部と、を有し、
前記流通経路は、前記第1凸部を貫通する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。 - 前記第1支持板は、
前記第1凸部の前記第2凸部側に配置され、拡張した状態における前記拡張部と接触することで、拡張した状態における前記拡張部の圧迫方向を調整する補助圧迫部を有する、請求項8に記載の止血器具。 - 前記第2支持板は、前記帯体に対して可動に連結する連結部材を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
