Description
(条件1)帯体20を手首Wに巻き付けた状態で、拡張後4時間にわたってフィルター部材70および孔部24を介して気体を拡張部40の外部に排出することで、1時間経過するごとの拡張部40の内圧が、その1時間前の拡張部40の内圧の70〜97%(好ましくは、75〜94%)となる;
(条件2)帯体20を手首Wに巻き付けた状態で、拡張後4時間経過した後の拡張部40内の内圧が初期内圧の30〜80%(好ましくは、40〜71%)となる。

Claims (7)
- 肢体の止血すべき部位に巻き付けるための帯体と、
前記帯体を前記肢体に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定手段と、
前記帯体に連結され、かつ、気体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部と、
前記拡張部に注入された気体の排出を制御するフィルター部材と、を備え、
前記帯体は、前記帯体の内表面と外表面との間を貫通する1つ以上の孔部を有し、
前記拡張部は、前記帯体の内表面において、前記孔部を覆うように配置され、
前記フィルター部材は、前記孔部を塞ぐように前記帯体に配置され、かつ、前記孔部からの気体の排出を抑制する、止血器具。 - 前記帯体は、前記拡張部が配置される支持体部と、前記固定手段が配置される保持部と、を有し、
前記支持体部は、前記拡張部および前記保持部よりも弾性率が高い、請求項1に記載の止血器具。 - 前記フィルター部材は、前記拡張部と前記帯体との間に配置される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の止血器具。
- 前記フィルター部材の外周縁部は、前記拡張部に接合されている、請求項3に記載の止血器具。
- 前記フィルター部材は、前記帯体の外表面側に配置される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の止血器具。
- 前記フィルター部材の材料は、前記拡張部の材料よりも単位面積当たりの気体透過量が多い、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記フィルター部材と前記拡張部は同じ材料で形成されており、
前記フィルター部材は、多孔質層と、前記多孔質層よりも単位面積当たりの気体透過量が少ないスキン層と、から構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
