Claims (4)
- 金属材料からなる外筒、外筒の内側に嵌め合わされた筒状転動体保持器、そして筒状転動体保持器に保持された複数個の転動体を含む直動軸受の外筒の周囲に環状のフランジが備えられてなるフランジ付き直動軸受であって、該直動軸受の外筒のフランジが備えられる表面領域に、円周方向に延びる一もしくは二以上の数の溝の形成、粗面化処理、あるいは接着性材料の付与のいずれかの処理が施されており、該フランジが、直動軸受の外筒の周囲に金型を配し、その金型に流動性樹脂材料を注入したのち、固化させることにより形成したフランジであることを特徴とするフランジ付き直動軸受。
- 直動軸受のフランジが形成される表面領域に施された処理が、円周方向に延びる二以上の数の溝の形成である請求項1に記載のフランジ付き直動軸受。
- 直動軸受の金属材料からなる外筒であって、フランジが形成される表面領域に、円周方向に延びる一もしくは二以上の数の溝の形成、粗面化処理、あるいは接着性材料の付与のいずれかの処理が施された外筒を用意し、その外筒の周囲に金型を配置する工程、該金型に流動性樹脂材料を注入する工程、金型に注入された流動性樹脂材料を固化させることにより該外筒の周囲に樹脂材料製フランジを形成する工程、そしてフランジが形成された外筒の内部に複数個の転動体を保持する筒状保持器を嵌め込む工程を含むフランジ付き直動軸受の製造方法。
- 直動軸受のフランジが形成される表面領域に施された処理が、円周方向に延びる二以上の数の溝の形成である請求項3に記載のフランジ付き直動軸受の製造方法。
